I love the features they have:
~ There are two cordless telephones included, but only the Primary Unit has to have access to a modular telephone jack. The Satellite Unit only needs an AC outlet, and is automatically linked to the Primary Unit's modular connection.
~ The screen lights up with a clear and easy-to-read display when a call is coming in, which means I don't have to turn the lights on to see who is calling me at night, or in a room with subdued lighting.
~ With Caller ID, if I see a robo-call is coming in, I can kill the ringer on just that Unit without having to answer.
~ There are ten different ringtones to choose from.
~ I can also set the phone ringer of one receiver to mute, and I can program how long it will be mute, without muting the Satellite receiver.
~ I can also add (available at Amazon) more receivers to the set if I need to.
Disregard the negative reviews. This is a GREAT phone set that I very enthusiastically recommend to you!
I've had this phone about a year or so now. Straight from the day I bought it, the charge doesn't hold. It sounds fine when you're on it and it has decent range, those two things are no problem. But, no matter if you leave this thing charging all night, the battery will not last you more than one lengthy phone call. It dies so quickly.
Also, if you charge it all night and use it for a brief phone call but forget to return it to the base, it's drained and dead by the end of the day. It takes hours to charge again, for even brief usage. I need to buy another phone.
Would not recommend.
Shipping: I recently had a bad shipping experience with Amazon and a 2-day shipping product getting to me in two weeks. I honestly think that this order arrived at my house about 18 hours after I ordered it. That is probably the most exciting part of this order because I honestly don't know how it got here that fast.
Quality: You get what you pay for, which is perfectly fine for me! It may just be because I haven't owned a cordless phone in a while, but the components, while effective, do seem a bit "light" and not as solid as something that you would probably pay more for. The buttons are a little sluggish in that it isn't like a smartphone in that you get the immediate feedback. Not a big deal but it is something that I noticed.
Setup: Very, very easy with clear instructions. No issues.
Features: I plugged it in and that was that. I have the ability to setup voicemail through my provider, but I just have not taken the time to do it and probably will not.
Would I buy again? Yes. Good price point, easy setup and it works. What more could you ask for?
Let me give you some examples. Here's one that really bothers me. Their product description said that they alert you when you have a voice message. The comparable products from AT&T and Panasonic when I was shopping (please verify today) did that by both a message on the handset and an LED. They provide no LED, that is, no real visual indicator without picking up the handset. That is, a step backwards from what you grandparents had on their tape-based answering machine. Doesn't sound like much; think of what it means in terms of missed messages.
You can program a message number on the phone, but it doesn't synchronize to the other satellite phones. Again, my AT&T phones did.
There are other examples. It SEEMS that every place they could save a penny by a feature you "wouldn't miss," they did. The problem is, I miss them all. I also miss that slightly better dialing mechanism, the easier way I could...
This isn't a bad phone. The sound quality is okay. People can understand me. The battery life is good enough for my use of the phone. I only have problems with range in two rooms, which is decent coverage for this type of phone.

First of all it took almost 20 days for the product to be delivered.By the time it was delivered return window is closed.
The unit build itself is feeble.it gives a sense of cheap materials used.
With in a single day of usage the product stopped working.
It's priced way higher than any of the other cordless devices listed on the site.i was misguided by the reviews and ratings. It's a scam.
