I really had high hopes for this soother. Our baby is 9 1/2 months and going thru some major sleep pattern changes/disruptions. This really helped soothe her when she would wake and cry.
Out of the box I installed brand new AA batteries (as it states to in the instructions.) It was working like a charm. Helping our little one thru her sleep disruptions and it seemed to ease her back to sleep nicely.
AND THEN?
8 days this soother lasted. Using it on the 30 min interval setting. For 2 naps per day and bedtime.
That's crap! I am so disappointed. If I had known I needed to replace batteries every week....i would never have bought this product.
Also want to note : it died RIGHT in the middle of bedtime routine. With no warning. Not fun. At
All.

This thing is awesome. My baby loves the lights on the ceiling and the music is nice. The lady's voice creeps me out so we just use the nature sounds feature, but I love that it turns itself on when the baby cries. Often she finds her pacifier and soothes herself back to sleep with the music and I don't even have to go in there. It does chew through batteries like crazy however, so we turn it off during the day so a random sound doesn't set it off. I had a similar crib soother that was quadruple the price and didn't have lights or pleasant music like this!

I'm so disappointed in this. It has a ton of music choices and nature skins but it doesn't specify that they constantly cycle and you can't just pick the one you or your baby like which is super annoying. Had I known that I wouldn't have purchased it. There are some kind of creepy nature sounds so I didn't want it switching to that through the night.

There were only two positives. This had the best volume control out of every product I've tried. This was the one you could make the quietest which is great for parents who co-sleep. Also the cry sensor worked great... But it turned on every setting when it activated not what you had it one when your baby fell asleep

Our baby screamed in the car at night... non stop. We were ready to stop driving at night but then we bought this (in blue) and now she has no issues in the car at night. We recently put it in her room during nap time (which we were also struggling with) and now she drifts off to sleep with ease. It reads stories, sings songs, plays music, and has nature noises. You set the timer for 15, 30, or 45 minutes and it soothes them with noise and projects multicolored stars around the room. The best part, which we just realized with the naps, of baby cries, it turns back on to soothe them. We now use it at night too... truly a lifesaver. I just ordered the pink one to keep in my car, my husband will get the blue one we’ve had, and the bear one will stay in the nursery!

We absolutely love this bear. My kids have the hippo and the bear and they are amazing. Very durable, easy to use and control. The kids are super attached to them. Nighttime routine without them is a no go!! Thanks for making such an amazing product! I love that you can switch from classical music with nature sounds to just nature sounds, or short little stories and songs. I absolutely recommend this bear to anyone who's kids have a bit of trouble to sleep. It function as a nightlight as well. Projects stars onto the sealing. You can turn the light off as well if you just want the music or switch the lights to just one color :)

Battery hog to the max!

The auto shut off feature is almost non existent. My 1 year old loves this bear which was a perk and with it she falls asleep at bedtime within 10-15 minutes...freaking YES! Gives my vocal cords a break and a Godsend if I'm sick. With that said my warning is this: DONT MAKE ANY UNNECESSARY SOUNDS! Literally this little bugger is SO sound sensitive a cough, a sneeze or any other bodily noise will set it off and that's not counting trying to watch television while she's asleep. The batteries?!?! Don't even get me started. Since Christmas I've had to replace them once a week at the least. Anyone else thinking parents of children with this toy should take out stock in duracell and Energizer?

Didn't love this product. I bought it for my second son because my first son has a different brand animal that projects on the ceiling. This bear is darling and my son likes it. However, I don't like the sound options on this. I would prefer musical lullabies instead of actual singing and story telling - too distracting for bedtime. It gets very loud and is too easy for the kid to change the volume so he puts it on full volume and then can't go to bed. It does project well onto the ceiling and he likes that it changes colors. Everytime he moves just a little it comes on all night long. The sound then often wakes him up. The batteries run out very quickly on this product so we are constantly replacing. Overall it's a good product but isn't working for our needs.

We have had this bear for 2 months and it has stopped working. For the last month batteries have only been lasting 3 days at a time and then need to be replaced. This gets turned on once for nap(runs 45min) and then once at bedtime(runs 45min). Now tonight it wouldn't turn on so I replaced the batteries and it ran 2 minutes and stopped working. Very frustrating for a rather new item. Hoping I will be able to return.
