The Vaccine Court looks at the mysterious and often unknown world of the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP), the only recourse for seeking compensation for those who have been injured by a vaccine. The NVICP, better known as the ”Vaccine Court,” however, is not without controversy.

Established by Congress as a direct result of the passage of the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986, the NVICP was supposed to offer a no-fault alternative to the traditional injury claims filed in state or federal courts and was to provide quick, efficient, and fair compensation for those who have been injured by vaccines. The reality, however, is that many cases take several years or longer to complete and require tremendous commitment from families already pushed to the brink of bankruptcy caring for the vaccine-injured family member, only to discover that the end result is manipulated by the government in defense of the US vaccine policy.

Mr. Rohde looks into the inner workings of the US Federal Claims Court and the NVICP. He interviews families who have filed petitions and won compensation, families who have been denied compensation, and families still waiting for a decision. By highlighting the journeys of these families—their efforts to find attorneys willing to represent them, the filing of their petitions, and the subsequent mountain of paperwork, medical records, and other documents that span years—Mr. Rohde exposes the bitter truth behind the NVICP. Valuable insight given to the tragedy of vaccine injury. Not only do you have to deal with the injured child you have to fight the government in a corrupt kangaroo court in a David and Goliath style battle. It was interesting to learn about how the government doesn't pay out if you say your child has "autism" but if you call it "encephalitis" they will pay out even if the symptoms are all the same as autism and your child is clearly autistic in the "courtroom" right in front of the "judge." They just don't want you to call it autism because they don't like it to be on the record that they're paying out for that because then they can continue pushing their lie that vaccines don't cause autism. That's one of the MANY dirty tricks the government has to hide the fact that vaccines are the cause autism. Another dirty trick they have is that according to the FDA and CDC, less than 1% of vaccine injuries ever make it into the court...so 99% of the real injuries aren't being compensated, this allows them to claim the damage is less than it is! The name of the game is to deny vaccine injury as much as possible and it starts at the doctors office. Nobody should be surprised that a government system as well as our medical system is rigged against the very people it is supposed to serve. Seems par for the course nowadays. Learn the dangers of vaccines and the inner workings of this beast of a "court" system and avoid pain and suffering for your family.

An Eye-Opening Read - Even For Those Who Have Heard Of The Vaccine Court

I was already aware of the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act and the Vaccine Court, which I know many people are not, but this book revealed much more about the inner workings of this "court" (it's not like a real court, with a jury, for example) and how the dice really are stacked against the families affected by vaccine damage.

Some doctors (those who know about it, because again, many don't) like to claim that getting compensation via the Vaccine Court is quick and easy, with a really low bar - that may have been the original goal, but as this book explains, that is definitely not the case today.

What I find truly sad is that there are parents who could legitimately file a claim but don't, because it's simply too costly in terms of time and effort while they have a very sick child to care for. Again, this was not the original intention.

If you are a parent (or are about to start a family), then I would highly recommend reading this book, regardless of your current thoughts about vaccines, because you need to know what you may be letting yourself in for.

Most parents have no idea what the Vaccine 'Court' is. Beyond the only place you can go for any kind of help if your child is damaged or killed by a vaccine it stands as a shameful broken promise to our children. Vaccine makers and Doctors were given immunity from prosecution for any vaccine related death/damage in 1986 (National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act), in exchange the government set up the only place families could go for help and support if their children were damaged. You still can't sue drug makers or doctors for their faulty products and conduct AND if you try to get help through the Vaccine Kangaroo Court they will make your life a living hell and 4 out 5 are turned away to deal with the heavy burden of vaccine induced trauma and the expense and time it takes to manage what was once your beautiful and healthy child. As hard as it is to get help from the court they have awarded damages nearing 3 billion dollars since 1998. According to the above named legislation and the Supreme Court: 'Vaccines are unavoidably unsafe.' Your doctor says they are 'safe and effective'... only for the drug companies and the doctors.
Parents do your own research - it is all on you to keep your children safe.

Before considering vaccinations for your children, parents need to know that a non-governmental, kangaroo court of "deciders" determine if you can prove to them that your child's paralysis immediately after vaccination was actually caused by the vaccination. "Cause, the Effect" is not proof that the vaccination caused the paralysis that has been neglected by the medical community and caused great emotional distress, financial hardship, and permanent disablement and loss of the child's quality of life. No, these vultures want absolute test-tube proof by the parents, before financial assistance is given. Even then, you must sign to not advertise to anyone that vaccination caused a life-altering trauma to your family. This is a very important book to all parents considering whether to vaccinate their children. There are certainly better options.

Canada is the only G7 country in the world that does not have a compensation program. When you or your child is severely and permanently injured or killed by a vaccine, no compensation will be granted. You cant sue the pharma companies because they have been granted legal immunity, from the Supreme court: after declaring vaccines to be unavoidably unsafe.`
