The best thing I like about this is that it should keep the dirt from getting onto my carseats, the dog hair will fly but the dog's paws should not leave a mark as the material is very strong. The next best thing is that it has side flaps that zipper and they should keep the dogs away from stepping up onto the doors. If your car is not on the large sides I would stick with the standard large size but if it is a a large SUV I would go with the extra large size as it would probably cover more area.

I have two Siberian huskies that are in my car twice a day--to and from doggie daycare. Needless to say, my black seats are covered in white hair constantly. I have had many different back seat covers and they eventually rip, causing me to buy a new one. We will see how long this one lasts. I do have to say, I like that there is Velcro in the back so you can access the seat belts, should you want to secure your pup. I personally don't secure my kids because they love sticking their heads out the back windows. I also like the material on the bottom, where your dogs sits, because my kids were constantly sliding around; now they are able to grip with their paws when there is an unexpected turn or stop. Definitely worth a buy.

I don’t normally write reviews but this product is worth one.

I just bought a new car. I have been dreading taking my dog in it cause as you can see, the interior is black fabric, and my dog sheds like crazy.

Well, I bought this car carrier and let me tell you IT IS A GAME CHANGER. It fits perfectly in my back seat, and even has flaps on either side so your dog is in a little cocoon. I took it out of my back seat, and there was no fur at all!! Now I don’t have to use a blanket that will slide during the car ride.

I bought this product because I take my ESA dog with me just about everywhere, and I have to say after only a month it was damaged and ripped. It seemed to last right until the return / exchange dates were past. It worked well while it was together, my dog isn’t rough on it, so I’m not sure if I just got poor stitching or what. For a product that cost me a decent amount of money, I expected it to hold up better. I also didn’t like the sides, they were a little small and didn’t cover much of the door.

Update, the stitching is now coming undone, I am beyond mad at the poor quality and deceptive quality of this product.

Strong enough for my mini pig!

I purchased this cover to protect my backseat while transporting my miniature pig (75 lbs) to the veterinarian. He had never ridden outside of a carrier and had gotten too big for that option. I was sure that he would end up destroying the cover, so I purchased the highest review at the lowest price, which was the Vailge cover.
This cover exceeded my expectations from the moment I took it out of the box. It was obviously of high quality materials and workmanship. AND it is machine washable!
I was so happy with how super easy it was to install, literally seconds without needing instructions. It covered everything nicely, was a perfect fit and unbelievably stood up to my pig stomping all around for the hour long trip there and back. When we got home, it was easy to remove without getting any dirt on the seats underneath and it was ready for the washer - came out like brand new!
I am so very pleased with this product, I rarely write reviews unless the product is just over the top excellent or it's really bad. This was definitely better than what I expected and would recommend it to everyone if you need to transport your pet.

Not good for large dogs. Not secure. The "anchors" are light plastic pieces that pull out easily, especially when dog's weight is distributed off the edge of the actual seat. Thought this would be a safe option for my pupper but she was injured when I had to stop short due to an irresponsible oncoming driver. She does have a seatbelt attached to her harness but the "hammock" lured her into a false sense of security to lay differently close to the edge. Strapped it on as tight as possible, but this is not a taut hammock and does not fit well in my Honda Element. When I stopped short, the anchors pulled out and the front part of her body fell to the floor. Just started using it, kicking myself for allowing my elderly dog to be in it when I was skeptical. Now she's limping. Would not recommend. Wish I could return :(
TL;DR: Invest in a proper formed sturdy bed attachment for your back seat. This is cheap, yes, but it might cost you the additional charge of a vet visit or possibly worse.

We have an older small dog (15 pounds), whose health has been declining. We needed a solution to keep her more safe in our vehicle during short outings (avoid falls into the floor while she waits in a parked vehicle and so on); so we decided to give this product a try. We ordered the standard size, after comparing measurements to our vehicle’s interior. The product seems good quality and was quick and easy to install. We also like the way the side flaps can be zipped up and anchored up top, to minimize the risk of your pet slipping around the sides. Unfortunately the cover is not a great fit for our Honda Element. While the overall dimensions of the product are compatible with our space, our headrests are closer together, leaving us with a bunched up seat cover (see pics). Additionally, our vehicle has larger than average legroom in the back, so the part of the cover that attaches to the front headrests is really stretched out, leaving a slope our dog can scale. The pics included with this review are taken looking in from the rear door, and looking back from the driver’s seat. I think this product would be a great solution for folks with more standard vehicles (Elements are weird, but we love them). We’re going to keep the seat cover and experiment with how we might still be able to use it in our vehicle to keep our pup more safe. I’d recommend, but advise paying attention to ALL measures and not just the overall dimensions.

Me encanto la calidad que tiene el producto, llego super rápido, la parte inferior tiene una goma antiderrapante lo cual hace que no se patinar en los asientos, a pesar de ser oscuro no es caluroso, no guarda olores, se ajusta al tamaño de los asientos, además trae unas "manijas" con un protector de goma que se pone dentro del dobleses (entre el respaldo y base) del asiento, haciendo que sea mas fijo y menos derrapante. Las costuras no son exteriores, por lo cual evita que la mascota las corte con las uñas al arañar, y el tipo de tela no hace ruido cuando la mascota se mueve, además es una tela que se siente resistente, a su vez no es no es molesta para la mascota ya que no es un material duro, pero, si es fuerte, lo recomiendo muchisimo (unicamente: los bolsillos del interior de los asientos son de un material delgado, pero es el único detalle), es la mejor compra que eh echo.
