Acrylicos Vallejo The Vallejo Company was registered in New Jersey, U.S.A., in the year 1965. In these early years it specialized in the manufacture of colors for animated films (cartoons). The most sustained expansion of Vallejo started in the nineties, beginning with the introduction of new products directed at the Model painting and Hobby sector. The company became the first specialist in acrylic colors, with a long and varied experience in all aspects of this branch of manufacturing. Liquid Mask Used to reserve areas which are to remain unpainted, especially in airbrush techniques, but also with water colors and temperas.

I am highly disappointed at this product. I used it on 300gsm good quality watercolor paper and it ATE THROUGH THE WATERCOLOR PAPER LIKE ACID IN ONE DAY. It left four spots eaten away, with one spot being almost all the way through. My mom didn't get her 75th birthday gift in time.
For the peanut gallery. Freshly used Professional paints, new archival paper, bought masking fluid new and used within weeks. All seriousness aside, did the breaking bad cast travel to fukushima and make this particular bottle?

I tried this out over using silly putty or tape as a masking agent. It does go on with a brush and can be a very solid asking agent. However it is bad in tight areas and dries very very quickly, I was fighting to spread it properly and use it effectively. Found just using silly putty to be better overall.

I actually can't comment on teh quality of the product due to the fact that the mask came solid in the bottle yesterday. I don't know what happened but the bottle came sticky on the outside with a seal that wasn't even on the cap. I use alot of Vallejo products and never have this kind of problem. So in short hopefully your bottles arent solid when you get them.

Ich habe schon viele Maskierflüssigkeiten ausprobiert und diese hier ist die beste, die ich je hatte. Sie ist angenehm flüssig, damit können auch kleine Bereiche des Modells ausreichend präzise abgedeckt werden (z.Bspl. Schanzkleider bei Schiffen M 1:700), aber es lasse sich auch problemlos große Flächen abdecken. Ich verwende sie auch um die vertikalen Flächen der Schiffsaufbauten abzudecken, damit das Deck weiter behandelt werden kann. Das ist mit einem feinen Pinsel problemlos möglich.
Die Maske lässt sich durch Tupfen mit z.Bspl. BlueTack o.ä. problemlos entfernen, kein zerstörerisches Rubbeln, wie bei anderen Produkten!
Klare Kaufempfehlung, nie mehr eine andere Maskierflüssigkeit!
