Oh, yum. This chocolate is like no other. It's so creamy and has a biscuit-like, buttery flavor. If you expect a "regular" chocolate taste, maybe it's not for you, but I'd argue that this tastes even better. It's heaven in a wrapper.

This is so great. I first encountered it at the Valrhona City of Chocolate on a trip down the Rhone. I found right away that it is basically the heroin of chocolate, I ate all mine before I even got back to the U.S. I only wish it was easier to find but its pretty rare.
