I’ve bought this stuff many times from local stores and it’s a pretty simple product so I knew what to expect. How in gods name do you even mess this stuff up??? The layers of material were cut the wrong way making it completely impossible to use. It was more like pieces of cotton balls than it was stretchy web. Normally this is cut the long way and the fibers stretch... not these 2 packages. Literally had to throw them away because they were defective.
