Editorial Reviews

About the Author

Mr. David Rowell is a lifelong professional facilitator, instructor, coach, consultant, and author. For many years Mr. Rowell was a leadership and diversity instructor for multiple U.S. Federal Agencies where he taught leadership, communications, team-building, women’s leadership, and diversity in classes and workshops across the United States and internationally. Mr. Rowell continues his work in these areas for both public and private organizations. He has worked closely with large international organizations in promotion of Gender Mainstreaming and gender equality principles. In this work he contributes to the development and implementation of practices and policies that address gender inequities among staff and in public services. In addition to the general principles of gender equality, Mr. Rowell’s efforts focus on ‘Organizational Gender Balance’. This subject addresses the negative organizational impacts of gender imbalance, and the positive organizational impacts of gender balance. Mr. Rowell is a strong advocate for gender relations in the workplace, a strong champion of women, and a staunch supporter of both women and men working together in supportive partnership. parityconsultant@gmail.com --This text refers to an out of print or unavailable edition of this title.
