“From my experience of John’s work this book does a wonderful job of capturing the absolute key strategies John teaches to help you live a fulfilling and inspired life. The book is like a manual on how to get the absolute most from your life, it really demonstrates that you are here for a reason, that your life has a definite purpose. The message become clear that your progress in life is the result of your thinking and the hierarchy of your values, and that with the strategies in this book you will learn how to free yourself from your many self-imposed restrictions and those adopted from society. It’s the most complete book I have ever read from the personal development field.”—Scott Cranfield, PGA Master Golf Professional

Many books tend to give a glib overview of different values and ask readers to select ones that resonate with them. This method tends to create an attachment to values which are ill-defined or open to interpretation and can cause confusion. What is refreshing about this book is that Demartini gives clear guidance about what values are and which are the most important to the reader as an individual.
The book is full of exercises and it is worth working through them slowly and deliberately as some of the exercises are extremely thought-provoking and deserve the time spent on them. Demartini demonstrates many of his points by introducing anecdotal stories which were enjoyable and memorable.
The writing style flows well and it feels as if Demartini is teaching his methods through a firm but practical approach.
This book is not for those that are looking for a quick fix. It offers guidance about the steps to take in order to discover what is truly important in life. As such I think it is a book that will be referred back to often.
His books share his message and his inexhaustible wisdom. His work has been life changing for me. I’ve listened to hundreds of influential speakers, financial experts and coaches, the difference with Dr Demartini’s work is that it’s grounded in sound research.
If you want to change the trajectory of your life, buy his books, attend his conferences. He is probably the most congruent speaker in his field.
I’m forever grateful to him.
