This banjo is absolutely awful.
Its action was way off the charts.
The neck was made out of low quality wood.
Had to take it to the local music store, where a banjo specialist said it was beyond repair and was just badly assembled.
Had to trade it off(and pay extra) for another bad banjo, just to get something which is at least playable.
The reason I didn't send it back was just that I didn't know it was that awful(my first banjo), just until I tried my teacher's proper banjo months later, when sending it back wasn't relevant anymore.
In hindsight, would spend more, and buy a proper Goodtime or another affordable banjo.
The only thing that was cool were the stickers that came with it, which by the way peeled away on its own 3 days after.
Would not recommend for anyone, at all.

How to adjust the neck?
When the action is too low, loosen the nut outside of the rim and tighten the nut inside the rim. Strings will go up from the fingerboard.
If the action is too high, loosen the nut inside the rim and tighten the outside nut. Strings will go down to the fingerboard.

How to Position Your Bridge?

Step 1Measure the distance from the nut to the 12th fret. |
Step 2Measure the same distance from the 12th fret onto the Head of banjo. |
Step 3Make a small pencil mark. This gives you the correct scale length and marks the correct place to position the bridge. |
Step 4Put the bridge right on the position of the pencil mark. |

I can't stress enough how beautiful quality this instrument is. I am a beginner, but after tuning it, the sound is great too. Easy to do with the included tuner. I am very happy with this banjo. The included extras made this a great deal that I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to learn the banjo.
