From the Author

I had so many financial coaching clients getting ripped off with variable annuities I decided to do something about it.

The problem is these investments are so complicated that it was difficult for me to explain verbally in a clear, concise way why variably annuities were inappropriate.

I went through many failed attempts trying to simplify all the complexity in book form until I finally ended up with this brief, step-by-step guide.

I still laugh when I remember how I finally finished this book and came downstairs to share the great news with my wife. I was so excited to finally have simplified these incredibly complex investments after numerous failed attempts. She replied by telling me the cat box needed to be cleaned out. (She hates that story, but it's true.)

Anyway, the goal of this book was to provide a pro-consumer guide that shows exactly what life situations are served by this complicated, expensive investment product, and how the vast majority of people don't fit into those situations.

You can tell by the polarity in the reviews that consumers love this little book, and variably annuity salesman hate it.

I hope it helps you.
