Can’t believe it’s dairy free/vegan!
I loved the mozzarella cheese! It melted perfectly and tasted delicious. I typically don’t eat a lot of dairy free products, but am always looking to try to add more into my diet. Uncooked the cheese is a little crumbly, but when melted makes a great substitute for the real thing. Would definitely buy again!

When the item arrived, the gel pack was at room temperature and the cheeses were not very cold. Because it is plant-based it’s not as perishable as dairy, but the item seemed to be in transit too long.

The cheese was ok when I tried it uncooked, but it was absolutely delicious melted! Great vegan option for things like quesadillas, nachos, etc. I’ll bet you could even make a great cheese sauce out of this. It is shipped in an insulated envelope with ice packs inside, so make sure the package doesn’t sit out too long! Also reasonably priced compared to other vegan cheeses I’ve tried.
