I'm sorry to hear your Vedette "Valerie" Firm Control Waist Cincher #103 isn't performing as expected. In my experience, the quickest way to have this issue resolved is to contact the manufacturer directly for information on the warranty. Here’s their contact information:
The person I spoke with was so rude and said they will not return my waist clincher because I have must have done something wrong. All I did was wear the clincher as told and I followed the instructions on how to wash it. Look at the picture for yourself. It is coming apart on the inside. That's why it's all bunched up in the picture. You can see how the latex in the inside is coming apart by the latches. It fitted very tight the first 2 weeks but afterwards it was loose. Don't don't waste your money on this item it is not worth it! This item is not well made it all!!! A waste of money and the company said they don't have a A warranty on this item after 30 days. The customer service is very "Horrible"!!!
Size chart is accurate. This is a high quality waist cincher/girdle of the many choices on the market.
In very fitted clothing, though, the hook and eye can be somewhat obvious.
If it seems too small to get on initially, remember it's the needed compression you must have to 'hold in' so well.
