4 steps to beautiful touchably-smooth skin

Step 1: Peel the strips

Thanks to its new gel formula, you no longer need to rub the strips between your hands. Just carefully peel the strips apart using the rounded Easy-Grip tabs.

Step 2: Apply the strip

Be sure your skin is clean and dry. Then apply the strip with the rounded side of the tab in the direction of hair growth. You may have to do one part upwards and one part downwards. Then rub it to make sure the wax adheres well.

Step 3: Pull the strip

Hold your skin taut and grab the tab with the other hand. Pull the strip in the opposite direction of hair growth as quickly as you can and close to the skin rather than away from it.

Step 4: Clean

    I have used wax strips for years and bought this brand because my normal brand, Nads, was sold out in the store. This is an awful product. It caused a burn right away on my skin also wanted to see if it was just my skin, so I used it on my husband. Same exact thing. Neither of us have sensitive skin but this product is harsh. I would recommend Nad's to anyone looking for wax strips for eye brows.

    These are amazing! £3.73 for a quick and easy Hollywood wax is a bargain and I'm going to buy more right away.

    Honestly, I couldn't be more impressed with these. I didn't have the highest hopes, as I had a terrible experience with home was strips years ago, but they've clearly improved since the 2000s.

    Follow the instructions and you'll be fine. Start with clean and dry skin and hair, do not have any moisturiser or products on the area. Put the strip on in direction of hair growth, press in same direction a good few times, pull skin taut and rip off as fast as you can. I cannot stress it enough, follow the instructions.

    The round tabs made it so easy to pull the strips off.
    I've been using a professional wax in a melter but bought these to try when I was away from home and I'll probably just stick with these. I'm not a professional so couldn't get the hang of spreading on the meltable wax in order to pull it off easily so the tabs on these are just what I needed.

    I normally find waxing pretty pain free and have fine hair so I found these didn't hurt at all. It may not be the case for others with coarser hair, who aren't used to waxing or don't fully follow the instructions.

    I used each strip a few times and it worked great. There were enough strips to take everything off, although everyone is different.
    Tip - do not touch or go near the wipes until you are completely finished with the waxing. I tried to clean up a little before I was finished and my hands and the waxing area became too oily so that the next strip didn't work and I was left with a Brazilian instead of a Hollywood, until I could fix it the next day.

    I did get a little bit of the blue sticky wax on me here and there but the wipes actually worked and got rid of it all.

    Try not to psych yourself out when you go to pull them off. When I've waxed at home, occasionally I freeze before pulling but just leave it for a few seconds and go back to it or count myself in from 3.
    If you're new to waxing then maybe get a professional one to start with, so you know what to expect pain wise and can get an idea of how they do it. Your hair will also be much shorter when it grows back to wax able length, so less pain for when you try it yourself.
