How it is used ? Sprinkle Vegeta No MSG on roasts, barbecues, poultry and fish prior to cooking or add 1 teaspoon of Vegeta NO MSG per serving during last 5 minutes of cooking to enhance the taste of soups, stir-fries, rice, casseroles and vegetables.
