Beautiful photography. It seems like the picture is like a plate you have in front of you.I have made a few recipes and I love them all.
But what I love the best is some of the hand drawn recipe such as how to make yogurt, or tofu or labne etc... Very simply explained, I have started to make my own yogurt after stopping for 15 years (store bought commodity I suppose).
In a nutshell I really recommend this book, if you want to fancy looking veggetarian recipies that are actually easy to cook.

I received this cookbook for Christmas and it was instantly inspiring! I own many different vegetarian cookbooks and all of Hart's recipes are new to me, often they are revelations. Even though the recipes are complex and unique, the ingredients aren't too obscure and the instructions are easy to follow. The production of this book is amazing, from the photos to the fun vegetarian facts. Many of the recipes include variations. For instance, one simple risotto recipe is offered with several different flavor profiles for experimentation. This would be a worthy addition to any cookbook library.
