The greatest difficulty you will face is assembling the ingredients, which can be remedied by a trip to your neighborhood Indian grocery. The directions are very clearly laid out and tough to do incorrectly. Trust me, if I can successfully prepare this book’s tasty recipes, so can you.
Update: it's now been a few months, pretty much tried everything, not one recipe disappoints.
My go-to book for Saturday night cooking. Highly recommended for non Indians who want to try their hand at preparing Indian food that is a lot better than the garden variety restaurant fare -- and much less expensive, too! For those new to Indian cooking, I would recommend that you reduce by half any recommendations for red chillies or chilli powder.

To me, the organization was confusing and it was difficult to remember which chapter a recipe might be in. The recipes themselves work but I felt that they were overly complicated and not always re-thought to take best advantage of the instant pot. For example she always has you soak beaks overnight which is kind of obviates the advantage of to Instant Pot in quickly cooking beans from scratch. This is described on the cover as "75 traditional recipes that are easier, quicker and healthier" and I would say they are not always easier and quicker, nor are they all traditional recipes (tacos? lasagne? burrito bowl? mac and cheese? - traditional but not Indian). That said, there are quite a few delicious Indian recipes here and it will be a good start if you love Indian food. She seems to favor Southern Indian recipes but there are recipes from the north as well. All the recipes are vegetarian and many are vegan or can easily be made vegan. Her homemade ginger garlic paste is great and I use it in non-Indian dishes as well.

Click o kindle by mistake. That completed the order. Not sure how that can be returned.
If messing about with lots of different settings on your IP is your thing then go for it, but this book is not for me.
