really so simple: just stop eating animal products and substitute it by eating a range
of fruits, vegetables, nuts, grains and soy products. A basic vegetarian diet. I also
tried to check the credentials of the doctor author and found nothing anywhere...
However I would recommend this book for its breakdowns of what vitamins are needed and
where to find them. It is the most persuasive argument for becoming vegetarian which
I have read (I am a non red-meat and chicken eater currently and may now drop eggs and dairy
a bit too though nothing was mentioned about fish). The health statistics were breath
taking. This is the plan that lost Clinton 26 pounds (or whatever it was he lost!)
first, but by the end of the book I wanted to give it a try. I lost eleven
pounds in one month. Dr. Flowers claimed you will feel better. I don't just
feel better--I feel great! I don't know how long it will last, but I hope it
lasts for another eleven pounds.
