Clean the StainsThe filtration unit is made of rust resistant 304 stainless steel. If the bolt turns black, you may think it's rust, but actually it is from coffee stains. This happens when you soak coffee in the container for a long time and the bolt becomes stained by coffee. It can be cleaned by soaking in acidic liquids (vinegar, lemon juice, etc.) for a while. The stain will fall off and the bolt will revert to a new look. |
304 Stainless Steel ScrewsThe screws are made of stainless steel materials which will not rust or loosen easily. Please tighten the screw to prevent the beaker from falling off after removing for cleaning. If the screw becomes loose, use a screwdriver to tighten it and then you can continue to use the french press. |
Unscrew the Filter ScreenThe filters are polished (so don't worry about being hurt) and can be taken off by twisting. With one hand fixing the knob on the top of the plunger, you can use the other hand to twist the filter screen holder/plate counter-clockwise. In this way, you can unscrew the filtration unit and add filters as you prefer. |

Beautiful and So Many extras!

It is a beautiful design and looks great with my decor. I love all the extras it came with especially the cleaning wand and extra filters. It makes the perfect cup of coffee or tea! It is so easy to clean and use that anyone could do it. It’s not heavy, but it is durable and I can tell it will last for a while. It also came with a measuring spoon, milk frother, and wooden stirring spoon that are not only helpful but beautiful. The measurements are helpful to know how to make the perfect amount of coffee without making too little. I can’t wait to show it off to my friends and family.

Moving on to my coffee and my husband's tea. I've had great cups of coffee and when you have the tools needed to make great things you're able to produce them with no problems. Adding this to my kitchen appliances has made such a difference.
I've had no issues since my first use. I was a little worried about it being in pieces when it arrived but the packaging is very nice and definitely protected it well. The handheld battery powered frother is nice for when I want to add a little foam.
Overall, this is a great French press, it's easy to use, easy to clean, looks amazing on my counter, and makes awesome beverages, both hot and cold. I recommend this to anyone looking for personal use or for gift giving needs.

Although it’s cute, I’ve only used it 4 times to make tea, and it’s rusted! I’m really confused why this would happen, given that this product is designed to hold liquid! Very disappointing, I don’t really care for rust with my tea, thanks.

Received the press quickly via courier from US to AUS. Initially upon opening I was delighted with how the press appeared and all the extras included in the box, well presented and packaged. Upon closer inspection I found a hairline fracture at the spout which catches my skin and finger nail to touch. Looking closer at the press it also stands uneven meaning it wobbles. I have pictured these issues even though difficult to capture in a photo. I saw in the sale description this statement-Reviewed in Australia on January 3, 2021

I can’t find where to send a message besides through to amazon customer service. I was informed I must return the item for a refund. I was offered a partial refund and not for postage costs. I have no doubt at all if I disregard the wobble and attempt to use hot water in the press the glass will shatter due to the fracture. Returning this item just leaves me disappointed. What a waste of time, cost, effort and energy of a courier service and also for the business, myself and amazon customer service.
The statement on the description is incorrect and I’m not too sure who should take responsibility for it. If “Veken” can look closer at the standard of the product being produced and sent out to customers that would be mostly appreciated. I really appreciated other people’s positive reviews which influenced my purchase, just a shame mine was not to standard. I have received a full refund processed through Amazon Au.
