Will buy another when my even older Velbon (15 years old) eventually wears out.
It has been incredibly helpful in all regards.
It is relatively lightweight and the sling bag it comes in is quite durable (even though it doesn't appear that way at first).
The tripod is quick to set up and break down which is nice.
I have used it on 3 continents in sand, mud, and snow and it hasn't locked up or broken.
If you can't afford a higher end Manfrotto or the like, this is the way to go.
