I purchased my bag about a year ago. LOVE it!!! Perfect carry on for airplane trips, then when not in use pack it away. Padded shoulder straps make it comfortable even with 2 big bottles of water on it. Big enough for some snacks, and extra clothing items for weather changes. Can easily tuck into a suitcase. The only suggestion for the designer is double zipper pulls on the outside/packable pocket so it zips shut at the upper center. Have found things will slip out if not carefully zipped all the way around. BUT, recently pulled it out for a hiking trip and noticed that the waterproof layer inside of the bag was delaminating from the nylon. This review started out with 5 stars, then went to 3, compromising at 4. Contacted the seller and within days received a promotion code for a 100% replacement of the bag. Great customer service.

Wow, was this ever a handy little backpack! I took a trip to Norway and used this every day--it was perfect to carry a spare fleece and some lunch when hiking and my phone charger (batteries were sucked dry like nothing I've ever seen!) and things I bought when roaming around the city. It was water resistant, which was important since it rained almost every day, and just the right size for my travel needs. It has multiple pockets for storing everything from your keys to, well, a kilo and a half of shrimp. Of all the things I thought to buy before my trip, this, the new rain shell, and a really good phone charger were my best purchases!
I haven't yet washed it, but I'm about to--it got a bit besmirched with shrimp "juice" and the sugar from super sour kid candy that I carried around.... I'll update if there are problems, but given the fact that it got wet EVERY SINGLE DAY, I suspect it will be just fine.

Ripped in 2 places after a week. I use this as a work bag....a couple of books, t water bottles and my essentials like my wallet. Really bummed it was so poorly made.

I wondered why all the 5 star reviews for a little thin backpack . It is awesome . Just a little padding on the straps but many for this price have none and no chest across strap . Thats huge . The way it folds up into itself is amazing to pack as a extra luggage peice for what your going to bring back . It fits in a pocket in my winter coat too . I am disabled and it is easy for me to fold up into itself not complicated and it looks neat every time . Plus being disabled I need to take meds , a emergency phone , extra keys , a fold up cane wherever I go and it does it perfect . I am jazzed to of picked this up . So glad I didnt' pass thinking I buy too much stuff I don't need . I ride a electric bike and this can fit my coat so during the day I can carry it with the other med stuff too . It even works on my motorcycle as a tank or tail bag . I just strap it to the passanger strap and one extra web strap around the rear fender and turn signals . I then put a light jacket , rain gear and the meds with cane in it . This is very handy and I love the colors they all pop . I choose Royal Blue myself . Emergency Orange is a good idea for visibility too . You can wear two with one on your chest backwards so I might still get one . There great though smaller then a regular carry on like they mention . I would say about 2/3 the size at most stuffed . Very good purchase and lucked out there was a sale so it was $20 .

I was looking for a backpack that was not too big and bulky or heavy. I have 3 kids including a baby and we spend a lot of time away from home, so I needed enough space to carry baby items, as well as what I or the other kids may need. This has been perfect for carrying everything and is very comfortable to wear. It fits easily into the bottom of my big stroller and also hangs from my umbrella stroller without a problem. Another plus was that it has 2 side pockets. I always have a sippy cup and water bottle with me and our old bag on had one. My only complaint is that the zipper gets stuck on the flaps a lot. That won't stop my from using it, but it is a pain. I definitely would order this again.

I love this little bag that can fold into itself. I can throw it into my luggage and have something convenient to carry around with me when I get to my location. The bag is very spacious and can fit my 15" Macbook Pro. It seems super durable and has come with me on a number of hiking expeditions, including one up the Grand Tetons. The bag itself weighs almost nothing, which is great when you want to be carrying the least amount of weight on yourself as possible (probably most of the time, actually!) It's also the perfect size for the budget airline limits for personal items. I've flown on Frontier and Spirit with the new 2017 size requirements and had no problems. Can't say enough about this little bag.

I LOVE THIS BAG! I use it mostly as a diaper bag - I have a 2.5 year old and a 6 month old. It is lightweight, the shape is flexible and it fits easily into the bottom of a stroller. It's easy to carry, extremely comfortable, and the pockets are the perfect for organizing diaper bag essentials. Full size water bottles fit into the side mesh pockets, and a wallet and phone fit easily into either of the front pockets. I can fit diapers, wipes, snacks lotion, a change of clothes for both kids and myself, and a sweatshirt easily into the main pocket. When I have a need for another bag, I will buy another one of these.

Overall was a good product but it ended up tearing a little on the inside. Good for water resistant but don't leave it on the floor or where it is wet. The bottom of the bag got wet & stayed wet until I got a chance to dry. Will try to return the item due to the tearing

Update: I was contacted by the costumer service rep who has refunded me the price of the backpack and asked if I could update my review to reflect a positive customer experience.
Pros: Functionally I loved this pack, it's comfortable and lightweight and it's non rigid form allows you to absolutely cram this bad boy full of stuff. I can wear is all day with no discomfort. It is also completely waterproof.
Cons The zippers however, are a big problem on this bag. they are constantly getting stuck in the fabric. The fabric itself frayed along the seams, leading to the aforementioned arm tear.
Overall, this pack works, but I'm not convinced it'll last long.
