This product is indeed cheap in reference to the build quality. But in respect, you are paying ten dollars for over the ear headphones that (claim) are noise canceling. I do not believe you can find many headphones that could match this quality in sound for the price you pay.

The sound is very good and the noise canceling is mediocre at best. The lows and mids are above average but the high have the tendency to be inconsistent and begin to distort during high volume play.

Some of the cons with the headphones is that the inline cable is shorter than what I would expect. They do not fit very well on my head because of the flat cushioning on the top bar. If they were more contoured, they would fit very well. The cushioning around the ears is very cheap and hard. The bright side is that the material they use to wrap the headphones is softer than what I had initially expected. The depth in which the ear piece sits over the ear is very shallow. On a scale of overall comfort, from one being unbearable to five being flawless, I would rate them a two. The design isn't exactly practical.

Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase. I bought four of them. But just know what you're getting into when you're buying these super budget headphones. There is a level of quality here but it certainly isn't in the design.

Bought these headphones online for about 10 bucks, didn't even last a day. When I opened the headphones up to put them on my ears, they just fell apart. They're also made out of cheap plastic and the sound just okay. The reason why I'm rating this so low is because they fell apart way too fast and were made out of cheap plastic.

The product is low quality. Fell apart on first use. Also too large to use comfortably. Would not recommend this product.

I havent had these too long and they are broke already. I am not hard on my stuff, so for them to break already, I am upset.. wish I would not have wasted my money on them.

Bought these for just over 8 bucks 4 months ago today.
finally gave out but not from it faliing apart but by my part i dropped my psp which was connected to these and the jack well.. got jacked it bent and it started shorting the sound and it was the end.. or until i replace the jack with a new one but for ten buck headphones it might be worth just buying a new set or upgrading the choice is up to you as for me personaly im upgrading.
now truth be told not the best but sound is good, highs are a bit muddy on bass driving songs but can be lived with, all in all not bad for 10 or so dollars you can't go wrong.
PS being a heavy bass kinda guy my music taste goes from dance to jazz, hip hop to rock and hardstyle to reggaeton, bass is ok for these but only if you keep it at about 75 to 80% volume anything over and you can still hear fine but the bass tends to drown out. oh and i have a pretty big head but i find i still need to keep the smallest setting.

I have only had them for 2 days, so can not speak for reliability.
The built quality is ok, after all, was less then $10 bucks.
The plastic makes it "look" cheap, but seems sturdy.
The foam used for cushioning seems very hard to touch, but when wearing them, they are comfortable.
The sound is very good, considering the price paid.
I did not expect them to sound as good as they do, for the money I paid for them.
Main use, is for Dell Laptop with mediocre speakers, works perfect for that.
Also used on Desktop, for FPS gaming, when wife gets sick of gunshots being pumped out of 5.1 surround sound speakers and requests peace.
So far so good.
Built quality is good, price-point is excellent, sound is above average for the price paid.

your expecting too much from 9 dollar headphones though you may be right in your own sense they work for me just fine they are not flimsy and they fit me their also not hard like some say if your gonna get a pair of headphones for 9 bucks these are your best option

UPDATE: they held together for a week then the plug breaks buyers beware

UPDATE: DONT BUY THESE wait are you looks for ear muffs or headphones as ear muffs they work but as headphone they are terrible first set i got i returned for a reshipment i got the new ones and the new ones are the opposite of the first semi good cord and really bad headband
