I alternate between these and Luna Venado sandals. So far I have around 12 miles on them. They fit great and make an immediate difference in foot strike. Don't get me wrong this won't magically make you a better runner, you'll need to practice landing properly and using gravity to aid your momentum as well as a few other things, but these do help that's for sure - I don't think you can run on your heels with these without really trying to hurt yourself. I like them compared to the sandals because they are easier to just throw on, however they don't feel as free as the sandals.
I was surprised how well they handle small pebbles, it's kind of like sandals where you feel them but they don't really slow you down too much. I'm also pleasantly surprised at their grip. I ran today in a down pour and was able to really launch myself over puddles, like from the sidewalk to the street and back to the sidewalk pretty easily. They def. beat the sandals in side to side agility.
Personally I like having a few different minimal running shoe options and these fit in nicely with my sandals and plain old feet.
Until I switched to these shoes, I was having problems with knee pain and and plantar fasciitis due to poor running form. I was unable to run for almost 6 months due to these problems. Once I healed, I switched to Vibrams. These shoes forced me to change to the barefoot running style, and I've never had pain since (except when I step on a sharp rock, ouch!).
If you are new to barefoot running, Vibram now has an introductory pair of barefoot shoes you should use first, called the Bikila EVO. However, when I started barefoot running, I started right off with the Vibrams. I'm not going to provide instructions on how to transition, but please do your research for properly adapting to barefoot running. The last thing you need is a fracture or plantar fasciitis. Also, for sizing, you may want to try them on in a shop first; they fit very differently than regular running shoes.
I've only been wearing them a month so I don't know how long the soles will hold up but they show no signs of wear as of yet.
If you are coming to these are your first barefoot shoes, please remember to take your time and build up distance only after you feet and calves rediscover all the muscles that get ignored in comfortable shoes. I started barefoot running for only 1/4 of my normal distance and then built up over time, and even so got a little sore each day.
Update: this is something I didn't notice till now but I followed the way it's supposed to be washed and then noticed the glue washes away no matter how you wash them or treat them. I was running and the whole sole came off.
There is a lot of science that the running community has to back up why running in minimalist shoes is better than conventional shoes, but if all of that isn't convincing enough for you, I'll just say that I used to not run, and now I do. Great shoes.
Oh, and the weird feeling of having something between your toes only lasts for about 30 seconds.

Eccellenti nel comfort, lo scopo di queste scarpe è di farti camminare o correre come se fossi a piedi nudi, solamente che il piede non è a contatto con il terreno e la particolare suola rinforzata sotto la scarpa fa perfettamente il suo lavoro.

Leggerissime ed elastiche, calzano alla perfezione. A parte le prime volte che le indossi, per il resto ti sembra di non averle nemmeno su. Bisogna solo abituarsi a metterle.

Risulta un pò difficile calzarle soprattutto all'inizio e sopratuto se non si è abituati. Spesso le dita finiscono in 2 nello spazio di un solo dito e separarle e farle incanalare ognuna nel giusto spazio è complicato. L'ho trovato decisamente più semplice seguendo questa procedura : [...]

Consigliate a chiunque voglia tentare qualcosa di diverso e si voglia sentire più libero.
La course pied nue est un état d'esprit, et ces chaussons s'adaptent parfaitement à tout types de terrain. Attention l'été ça peut puer mais dans ce cas bien les laver au salon et renouveler le lavage, ça finit par partir.
Il faudra cependant y aller par étapes sinon gare aux mollets (massage avant et après au début)
Die Form passt. Die Schuhe sehen geil aus und nach einer kurzen Eingewöhnungszeit sind sie recht bequem.
Zehensocken nicht vergessen zu bestellen.
