This is a highly spiritual book, however, you don't have to be into new age spirituality (or any kind of it) to benefit from the conversation. It is an absolute must-read if you are into the philosophy of reality, including discussions about the subjective reality. The content should appeal to even the most secular, just leave the woo-woo stuff on the side and focus on the ideas and experiment with an open mind.
Overall, it is an excellent debut work. I am looking forward to additional content from D. Womack.
I’ve done lots of vibrational work, and that work has yielded so many benefits for me. Coming from the lowest of vibrations, I can see the difference in life before I started that work and life after. it’s like night and day. It continues to be a work-in-progress, and I’m glad to have been given this resource to use to learn, for the first time, about so many aspects of vibration and also be reminded of that which I already knew.
It comes in the perfect timing for me...like a synchronicity. Now, I am learning to:
1) lean on an understanding that is greater than me for so much...
2) allow what comes through me to be expressed
this book gives me so much DEPTH and understanding to do those at a much higher and faster level.
Firstly, I have to say WOW! Most spirituality / personal development books which lean more into the philosophy of reality and our role in it, have some really nice ideas, and present powerful truths. However, one is oftentimes left with a sort of a "Well... what do I do now?" feeling afterward. Vibrational Dynamics will, in no way, leave you feeling like that! Concrete, executable exercises-- down to specific *breathing* exercises, will give you a defined framework for spiritual growth.
If you are starting to get interested in spirituality or manifestation work, I highly recommend Vibrational Dynamics. As the title suggests, it skips the fluff and gets right into the "Dynamics" of how everything comes together. The tone is reminiscent of an instruction guide to managing and maintaining vibration, as opposed to simply feel-good, birds-eye concepts. I will admit that it took me longer to get through than a lot of books because I felt the need to really digest the content. If you are technical-minded, this book will certainly tickle your fancy!
I know my husband and I will continue to practice the exercises and are looking forward to the next two books in this POWERFUL trilogy!
I really liked that the book has both theoretical ideas and very practical exercises as well.
I started to do the meditation exercises and I will continue to do them because I think they can improve our life significantly.
The addendum at the end of the book made the book even more interesting, I'm glad the author included them.
I would recommend this book to anyone who is okay with the idea of channeling and ready to receive wise guidance.
As an example, I practiced the breathing exercise mentioned in Chapter 9 of this book 12 times a day for 30 days in a row. During those 30 days and the one or two days immediately after, I felt a strong penetrating sensation along the midline of the eyebrows sporadically during my waking hours, especially right before I went to bed at night. (The sensation was strongest on the forehead, in the so-called 'third eye' region.) As I am writing this review, I have stopped this practice for a week or so and the sensation has almost disappeared. Therefore, I attribute the sensation exclusively to the breathing exercise.
The book has many more interesting exercises like this, and I am committed to try each and every one of them.
PS: I know nothing about channeling, but I either resonate deeply or intuitively agree with most of the book’s content, in the same way that we recognize truth when seeing it at work. I am not saying this to validate the message of the book. Instead, what I mean is that you can still enjoy and benefit from the book even if channeling is not your cup of tea.
