This connects to the phone well. It plays through the stereo system using an FM radio signal. Music is clear and the calls sound great on my end. However, from the other side of the call, the story is different. There does not appear to be any noise cancelling feature to help clear my voice from the background noise. The microphone is on the device which plugs into a cigarette lighter outlet. If the plug was closer to my face, I might not have to shout to be understood. However, the plug is near my knees. I would easily give this a five star if the call clarity issue was addressed by giving the driver either a remote microphone closer to head level or if they improved the noise cancelling function.

Works great. Bluetooth is great and the fm transmitter has crystal clear sound. I use the sd card feature to play music all the time but my only wish here is that I didn't have to pop the card out when I restart the car to get the features on the transmitter to work.( It won't start up with the sd card inserted.) It has given new life to a couple of non bluetooth, non aux input car radios. After buying and trying one of these bluetooth FM transmitters, I liked it so much that I immediately bought a second one for one of my other cars. Great value for $20.

Update: the company contacted me after my review posted and asked if they could send me a new unit to try again for free I was shocked, but very impressed by their action. When the new unit arrived, it worked excellent for us!
If you want to transfer music from your phone to the radio this is great to use, the charger is great too. When you try to use the phone feature I still have to hold the microphone of my phone up to my face. Also when it's not in use it intercepts your regular radio stations too. It will do until I can afford to have a blue tooth radio installed, I just wish it has better microphone features.

Everything works well with this little device so far. I wish the positionable arm were a little longer to allow for more movement. Because of where my cigarette lighter is and the gear shift, it's quite a bit of a tight fit. I also don't like that I can't disable the Bluetooth phone function and just use it for sending media/audio to my car stereo, but it doesn't appear that's a feature of a device like this. I'll add that the folks at VicTsing's customer service are tremendous! If you have a question or a problem, they want to very much ensure that you're pleased with your purchase.

Product works perfectly.. But it's already broken.. I haven't even use it for more than 2 months .. Truly disappointed

The company is great at answering support questions. They helped me get set up. My phone was not finding the T10 to pair so they told me to remove all other devices from my list of Bluetooth devices on my phone and it worked! It's great for playing your music from your phone. The sound is good quality. The sound for phone calls is not so good. The caller can hear me fine. I have to turn up my radio volume when a call comes through so that I can hear the caller. There is a lot of snow or soft static in the background during calls. This is a good gadget to have to be hands-free in the car.

This device exceeded my expectations. It works well with my radio. There is very little to no static. I would recommend this to all for hands free dialing and talking in their automobile, it works great with my Amazon music. I am so glad I purchased this transmitter doe my automobile

I bought this when I borrowed my father's truck for a long trip as I'm used to having bluetooth for music and books. It worked great, and I just gave it to him and he now wants to get another for his other vehicle. He used to use an FM transmitter that used a cable, and this works much better. The signal is pretty good so the quality is higher than a lot of other transmitters I've used in the past.

Not only does this work in you car/truck, It also works on you home stereo system. I had a radio shack regulated power supply with a cigarette lighter plug laying around in the garage and I plugged this in it to check it out and got great reception. Some of the frequencies had a little static in between the songs. Just keep playing around with it till you get the best reception with little or no static. The only problem I had is with a fluorescent lamp that decided to start flickering on and off. When I turned it off, everything worked fine. Enjoy.
