Nothing negative to say at all. I felt if was a nice twist on the typical superhero story. I felt there was just enough background on the supporting characters to get a feel for why they behaved the way they did.
If you have never read a novel by David Joel Stevenson, you are missing an opportunity to be greatly entertained. This book by David has a wonderful story line, with action, some romance, and a lot of angst of the type that most of us SF nerds have experienced at some time (if not still). The main character is invulnerable and vulnerable at the same time, but in different ways. The though of "that could be me" will likely cross your mind (irrespective of gender). The twists and turns that sometimes seemed obvious were not, and were done in an excellent fashion. After devouring this tale, I anxiously await it's sequel, which according to the inside cover is "Victor Boone Must Die" sometime in 2018. I highly recommend "Victor Boone Will Save Us".
The sequel can't get here too soon!
