Victor Poison Free Ultimate Flea Trap
Protect Your Home and Pets from Pesky Fleas
The Ultimate Flea Trap by Victor is a unique and easy-to-use tool that effectively helps you control fleas in your home, without having to spray synthetic chemicals or apply them to your pet. Simply plug it in, and your flea trap will begin luring and trapping fleas immediately from up to 30 feet away, alerting you to their presence. It’s odor-free and safe for use around children and pets - so you can use it anywhere indoors and begin to enjoy a flea-free home.
High Efficiency Trap Provides Long-Term Protection
The patented design of the Victor Ultimate Flea Trap gives it a 93% catch rate, making it one of the most efficient ways to control fleas. Its strength lures fleas off of your pet and out of upholstery, and 360° access allows them to enter from all angles. Just replace the “super grabber” glue disc every 2-4 weeks for continued, long-term protection against fleas.
How it Works
- Bright color, light and heat that simulates a warm-blooded host attract fleas from up to 30 feet away.
- Disposable "super grabber" glue disc catches fleas and holds them in place.
- Trapped fleas help to break the breeding cycle and alert you to a potential infestation.
Trap Fleas in Three Simple Steps
1. Assemble the Trap
Insert the host-simulating bulb and 'super grabber' glue disc, then snap the trap together.
2. Place Near Pets
Select locations indoors where your pets spends most of their time, like bedding, crates or other resting places to attract and capture nearby fleas.
3. Replace Glue Disc Every 4 Weeks
Insert a fresh disc every 2-4 weeks for continued flea trapping and monitoring. 2 glue discs are included with this trap, and refill packs are available.
Identifying a flea problem at the very beginning helps you more easily protect your pets and family from a full-blown infestation. It's important to set flea traps in each room of your home in which fleas may be breeding in order to monitor their activity and effectively control them.
About Fleas in Your Home
Identification and Habits
Adult fleas are tiny bloodsucking insects that, to the naked eye, resemble poppy seeds or dark-colored sesame seeds. Their wingless bodies are laterally compressed, making it easier for them to travel through a host’s fur or hair. Fleas are equipped with long, tube-like mouthparts that allow them to consume the blood of an animal host, as well as long hind legs that allow them to powerfully jump from body to body.
Adult fleas must obtain blood meal in order to reproduce, so they are immediately attracted to warm-blooded animals (i.e. you or your pets) once they mature. Females will lay 20-50 eggs - often directly on the host - and these eggs commonly fall onto pet bedding or carpets where fleas undergo metamorphosis and the cycle begins again.
Get Rid of Fleas and Their Eggs
1. Set and Monitor Traps
Flea traps will effectively notify you of the presence of fleas so you can begin to take action.
2. Bathe Pets Regularly
Be sure to use shampoo and fully rinse your pet clean to get rid of all signs of fleas.
3. Discard or Deep-Clean Bedding and Toys
Flea eggs often fall off of your pet and onto surrounding objects or surfaces like dog beds and plush toys.
4. Vacuum Regularly
Be sure to get rid of any fleas, eggs and larvae that may be living in nearby carpets or upholstery.

I don't have a very serious flea problem, but it was bad enough that I was willing to try a new product. We have very thick carpet in most of our house, and while spraying and vacuuming gets rid of most of them, enough survive to restart the problem a few months later. I chose this one because another reviewer had put a photo of the sticky-pad covered with fleas. I considered it unlikely that someone had just caught a bunch of fleas and then thrown them onto the trap just to make the product look good. Also, it wasn't terribly expensive so, I gave it a shot...
It is fascinating and disturbing how this thing works. Fleas from all corners of the room (within 30 feet or so) move close to it and just gather around it like it's some kind of shrine to their glorious Flea-God. Eventually, they hop into the glow, thinking they are going to Fleahalla or wherever flea-warriors go when they die...and that's when they land on the sticky pad. They struggle for a few seconds, but every move buries them deeper in the muck and soon they stop, frozen in pain and panic as the dark curtain of death slowly descends. So, in a way, I guess they were right: jumping into the light WILL take you to Fleahalla, but instead of flea-valkaries you get agonizing death on a big sticky-disc.
This product works best in a dark room, where the light is the only source of light and heat available--also, it works better if you and your pets aren't in the room, either. We let it go overnight and in the morning it was choked with fleas. I was going to take a picture of it, but it's just so tragic and disgusting that I don't think I will.Read more ›

Kinda works. By itself it will not solve an infestation. I waited 2 weeks and still fleas. Taking cats to vet for treatment finally solved. Read morePublished 2 days ago by Sung Joo Um
