Note: I didn't realize this, but the "polypropylene handles" are not the same as the Fibrox handles a lot the Victorinox knives have. This isn't a big deal because they're just paring knives, but in my opinion the Fibrox is much better.
The bread knife (rounded end) is the sharpest knife I've ever had. Both my wife and I cut ourselves at different times (first time in years for me), just letting the blade rest on our fingers (it's that sharp).
Needless to say, it makes short work of pretty much anything.
We use these for cutting bread, meat, fruits, and vegetables. We toss them into the dishwasher when done. We've had them for several months, no problems and no complaints.
+ Very sharp!
+ Handle is lightly textured, easy to grip and hold
+ Durable. As long as you're careful not to cut yourself, you can handle these however you please, and wash them in a dishwasher daily
- Won't appeal to those who want beautiful or traditional cooking knives. They should look elsewhere.
Great functional knives, awesome bargain, I'm glad we got them!
One con for about 90% of people: The peeler is 'left-handed' as far as i'm concerned (but maybe i have poor peeling form) You can use it in your right hand, but you have to either peel towards your body (a bad habit for a knife shaped object), or on the bottomside of what you're peeling (cutting blind). I did not buy the set for the peeler, so its not really a problem for me.

Nice set of small utility knives. I'm a long time Victorinox owner.Published 7 days ago by Kindle Customer
Very high quality, very sharp knives. An important thing to keep in mind - the sharper the knife, the safer it is.
Have been using them for over 2 years.
Great knives, it doesn't get any sharper. I wish that the four shorter paring knives were as long as the longer round knife.
Good product quality overall.
As a Bering Sea commercial fisherman, we swear by the Victorinox brand and I expect nothing less than the stellar performance we fisherman get when using these knives. Read morePublished 7 months ago by Terry G.
I got a set of these at my wedding *thirty* years ago. I just bought a second set, not because there's anything wrong with the knives here, but because I lost several during some... Read morePublished 7 months ago by S. A. Sheard

Good knives but very light and the handles are slick and thin. Good for the price though.Published 10 months ago by Andy
