The first one I had ---I have had this exactly one month and the material around the wrist pad has come apart from the base.
It has been replaced by the company; they do read their reviews and try to make things right. And they have here --- I could tell right away that this one was a good product because the bottom is shiny and smooth. The first one I had, the bottom was wrinkled, so I believe it was a defect. I'm definitely now pleased with my purchase.

Odorous - go w/ the newer version

It stinks, literally. Functionally it seems to be a decent product (nice wrist support and pad design) but it has this smell that has, so far, made it unusable because it triggers my allergies and results in a headache. The odor reminds me of hay or some similar dried field crop. [My grandparents were farmers and I loved visiting the barn and hay loft as a child. However, I do not live on a farm now and cannot tolerate this smell in my home.] Am hoping it goes away - very soon.

November Update -- Customer support contacted me almost immediately after I posted my review. They have sent the newer version as a replacement and I am happy to report the smell is gone and I'm pleased w/ the product. My suggestion is: if you have any sensitivity to smells, I would buy the newer and slightly more expensive version ($1 or so).

This was a great value and it's well made. It just seems like the gel arm rest is a little small. Maybe I just need to just get used to it. I received an email instructing me not to remove the plastic film from the back of the mouse pad or it would stick to my table surface. I literally needed to though as it was bubbled up and the pad wouldn't lay flat without removing It. It would have been nice to have instructions saying so with the mouse pad. Now I'm stuck with a sticky back mouse pad. Update! VicTsing customer service contacted me directly after hearing of my problems with my order and promptly sent me a replacement no questions asked. Great Customer Service. Highly Recommend.

Very good product with one minor drawback

The mouse pad and wrist rest are very comfortable. When I first ordered one, that one had a *very* strong chemical smell -- BUT when I expressed dissatisfaction in the prior review I wrote, the company reached out to me and offered to send me an improved version, which I agreed to try.

I received the second one a few days ago. It still had a *mild* chemical odor, which is why it lost one star, but the replacement mouse pad was MUCH improved over the first one. After removing it from the package, I simply let it air out for a few days on newspaper, and the chemical smell faded so it's fine now. This seems to be a well-constructed item, it's got ample space for mousing, and it supports my hand and wrist nicely. The customer service was excellent! This company seems to really care about pleasing customers. Overall, I'm quite satisfied.

Premium Mouse Pad at the Fraction of the Cost

I find the VicTsing Mouse Pad to be exactly what I was looking for. When I decided to replace my previous mousepad that I had used for years, I went through a couple of different highly ranked mousepads here on Amazon. Unfortunately, I had to send them back due to them not interacting with my wireless mouse very well… even slowing it down.

However, I finally got it right when I ordered the VicTsing mouse pad with gel wrist comfort.

Not only did it provide a premium feel and appearance, but it was cost effective and even improved my mouse performance from my original. I’ve had it for about a month and some change now, and couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend this mouse pad if you’re looking for something that fits into a minimalistic desktop setting, with a functional and comfortable approach. Definitely will consider this brand for any future needs.

I know I know... you're prob looking at my profile and going how on earth can he say that mouse pad is good, well, the way I hold the mouse and move it, I need wrist support, this type of mouse pad has always worked for me and yes, my friends laugh at me but it just fits me and my style of mouse movement (from the wrist). Ive been using one since around 2005 and never looked back. In fact, the one I was using before buying this one, was that same one I got for free (at a convention) in 2005 lol... but yeah, it needed replacement, was kinda yucky (ew) so this one was the chosen one after reading up on reviews. It did have a strong chemical smell when it arrived but that went away quickly and its been great. Doesnt slip thanks to its underneath and the gel is nice with the perfect feel for me.

What stood out about this mouse pad from VicTsing was the quality and the wrist support which is made of gel and reminds me of the gel wrist support I use to purchase for use with the keyboard, gel wrist support is very comfortable not too high up like I like it and supports just right, it's like the arm of your chair and no wrist fatigue after using this, I was very surprised also has a nice wide pad which I like tremendously as some pads don't give you enough room to move around and you feel as though you are limited to move your mouse around therefore your mouse tends to come off the pad all together and end up on your desk I would recommend this mouse pad and for the price you really can not beat the size of this pad, it also features a non skid backing, a tacky back type of material

the arm rest is good and does its job well, but the mouse pad area is too small. You can keep the mouse on high sensitivity and work, but then, you need to get used to it. moreover, there is an ugly cartoon sticker on it, which is an eye sore.

The product is a cheap Chinese product. The gel support pad is too thin. There are many similar items available with almost same price but don't know why this one has more reviews than others. The delivered product had old and ripped packing. The product is non returnable, so i had to insist amazon for returning it instantly after delivery.

There's an amazon basics mouse pad listed which is much better.

I got a package that was randomly stapled together as "packaging".
The "gel" part is very small and hard so not very helpful to fix the issue I am having with my wrist while using a mouse. I was expecting that since it is "gel" it would be soft and good for my wrist. No such luck.
The product also looks old or used - I had to clean it to start using it.
Also it is made in china which I am trying to avoid buying at all costs but this information was not given on the product info and I fell for it. Wont buy again, not recommended.

I’m replacing an older Victsing ergonomic mouse pad which I really liked. The new one has gel instead of memory foam, which adds better support and feels more comfortable after long periods of using the mouse. The quality of the materials used are good, and the mouse floats effortlessly across the surface. There is a rubberized bottom surface, that holds the mouse pad in place without moving. My old mouse had a rubberized foam, that had a tendency to move when too much pleasure had placed on it. The new one does not have this issue.

Good to use if your table is about decent height or less height. The bump at the end of the pad will be uncomfortable if the table height is more or just equal to your chair. If you have tables from ikea or equivalent tables with office chairs (elbow angled at 90° or less ) I recommend to use a flat mouse pad than this.

I worried initially that the gel would leak seeking other reviews but looks perfect and no issues.
