These are terrific pans. Sturdy. Flat. Heavy Duty. They cook and brown food evenly and quickly on low heat. Just to note: when you first cook with them, and after you clean them for the first time, if you're like me, you want them to shine and reflect just like when you first looked them over. They don't. But wait, not all is lost, no need for any concern, there's an easy solution. All you have to do is wet the pan slightly, sprinkle sparingly a little Barkeepers Friend, rub in a circular motion with a nylon scrubber, and voila, the pans are just like brand-new, inside and out . All is well, and you can love these pans all over again, and forever.

Was hesitant to pay so much for cookware but now I see the light. They look badass, conduct heat evenly and are surprisingly easy to clean. Most of the time a soft sponge and water does the trick. If you get burnt food stuck on the pan, let it cool and heat up some vinegar and everything comes right off. When Im sauteeing a chicken breast I add a dab of butter and it melts and doesnt seep into the pan so the chicken absorbs the flavor and doesnt stick. Very happy about these.

handle to heavy to let skillet sit flat on stove top.

Discoloring use magic eraser easy great set!

Great set, the cost is a little pricey but what can you expect when wanting a great set, sometimes you have to pay a little more to get the quality you require. Cooks very evenly and easy to clean. All you need is a sponge and some soap very easy. Some of the pans seem to be discoloring here and there but using a magic eraser will take it right away!
