Update: the seller keeps contacting me to change my review. I have no interest in a new bag - this one had so many issues. The handle broke after 3 days, yes, but it was also fraying and one of the clasps was on backwards. Amazon is blocking my seller feedback too. Overall a terrible experience.

I bought this Saturday. It was delivered Sunday. It is now Wednesday. The bag broke while I was walking to the subway. It was the first day I carried my computer in it, so now I'm worried about damage to my computer. Cheaply made. Returning as soon as I get back from my trip.
