He lives in Durham, North Carolina.

I have bought from these guys before and I was expecting a lot more. Where I was looking for insight into how CS runs one of the most high profile sites on Ebay and procures MILLIONS(!!) of dollars in annual sales, I got hardly helpful tips like "don't call a song a 'Titty Shaker', it's disrespectful to women, call it a 'Mod Instrumental'. Okayyyyyy. Where I was looking for info on how to find sellers, how to manage hundreds of weekly listings, how to move LPs from warehouse to store, basically HOW TO RUN A RECORD BUSINESS!, I got a treatise on fairness in purchasing from sellers--still wasn't clear to me what they meant by that, other than assuaging their own guilt from 10+ years of buying large collections of soul music. I really would have asked for a refund but it just wasn't worth the time.

I was hoping to read some insight on how CS runs the largest eBay shill bidding operation on the internet. No mention of that, just hardcore woke ideology. Max’s parents must be devastated at what academic indoctrination did to their son.
