I’ve tried a lot of vegan cheeses— slices and shredded in various brands. I think Violife is hands-down the best tasting cheese. And on top of that it doesn’t include soy which makes it even better. To me, this mix out of all of their different types of shredded cheese taste the most like real cheese and it absolutely melts like real cheese.

I melt on top of like a bean burger or a veggie burger and it tastes and melts great.
