Overall the box is very nice. I had purchased the hutch that goes with it as well and will add that to this review.
Starting with the bottom section. The look of the rivet design is a little more aggrezive that your standard toolbox design so it is very appealing it has a nice smooth powder coat finish, and all the trim is evenly cut and matches all the way around the box. The drawer handles are very sturdy they are rivited in from the backside and the handles are mounted flush to the front of each drawer. When you take a step back and look at them you can see that all of the drawer handles line up evenly , you make think this isnt a big deal but i have seen some lower brand toolboxes where handles arent mounted flush and dont line up, that is just aestethics though.
The functionality of this box is pretty good. The drawer layout is somewhat generic it is not a matco 6s series tool box you dont have custamizable drawers and you wont get a crazy drawer layout. With that being said the box still has a great drawer design,

The top drawer is great it is a double drawer slides allowing for a greater weight capacity in the larger top drawer. the top drawer is almost 42" wide and is a great place to store all of you sockets allowing them to stand up you can save a ton of space. I currently use the top drawer for all of my sockets extensions and ratchets. All together i have 347 peices in my top drawer and there is still room to spare. half inch drive deep socket on a storage rail dont catch on the top when closing the drawer so this drawer works perfect for all of your sockets.
Working our way down you have some of the thinner drawers, these are a great place to store all of your wrenches or any other flat small tools that you have. then some of the deeper drawer which i use for front end tools, pullers, test equipment. special tools that i leave in the cases. etc...
The large deep drawer that is on the very most bottom left i use for welding equipment it is large enough to fit my welding mask, gloves, gas hoses and regulator as well as a couple 10lb spools of filler, these are all things that i either left out at my previous job or would have to lock up in a locker.
Even with a large quantity of weight all of the drawers slide very easy in and out. and i have not had any problems with any type of binding or everweighing a drawer and having it droop or get stuck, no issues locking, nothing, has worked perfect.
The one thing some people either love or hate is the way the drawers hold in place. The backside of the box has like a rubber gromet that the drawer presses into once it is fully pressed shut and this holds it in place, unlike a company like snap on the has an integrated latch system built into the handle of the drawer that catches on the top side of the box once the drawer is cloesd. however the only time i ever have to pay attention to this is when locking the box up i just need to ensure i have fully closed every drawer so that the lock catches all of the drawers and locks up everything securley.
Overall this tool box has got the storage space, sturdyness, and quality of most higher end tool boxes like matco and snap on but due to its location of build, china, and generic design it is sold at a third the price. Anyone that is looking for a good toll storage device this would be than perfect for them. I highly reccomend to anyone for at home DIY or professional at a shop.
If you have any questions on this feel free to email me, im a professional mechanic and understand that tools cost a lot so if i can help you save some money and get a great box i would be more that happy to answer a question that may ease your mind on making a purchase without getting to see it in person first. and once again i will have a review on youtube soon.
As for the top section the top hutch is now discontinued however, it has two side drawers that have a built inpegboard and 4 drawer slides there is a drawer on each side, they are vertical drawers, you can see them in the video. the hutch itself is like most others but it has a ton of space i can fit everything i need to in there including a 140amp mig welder. I think the company still has some leftovers if anyone is interested in one.
