I just received this product yesterday, and being highly PISSED is a understatement!!! When I took it out the box, I immediately notice the bottom of the tube looked like it had been rolled up, and the tube wasn’t completely full, as if it already been used. Considering it had a plastic seal around the top, I thought maybe it was a packaging defect. Next, I remove the plastic, and open the top, THAT WAS ALREADY PUNCTURED, WITH SOME PRODUCT AROUND THE RIM, and SMALL PIECES OF FREAKING HAIR (definitely not mines) I WAS IMMEDIATELY DISGUSTED! If I could rate this a Zero, that would be my rating! How dare this company send anyone a freaking used anything! I’m not even wasting my time sending it back, because I don’t want nothing from a company that would do this to start with! 7$ lost, as well as a lost customer!
