If you are a 'detail person' then get ready for your limits to be tested! Virtual training needs a roadmap with all the options to get around the 'rocks in the road.' Cindy has given us that with this book. Every checklist, every 'WHY' and 'WHAT' you need to consider to either start a new virtual program or improve your design and learner engagement. If your boss comes to you and says we are going to start teaching your classes virtually, get him/her to read this book first.
BE SURE and read her Epilogue section if you want to stay ahead of the curve with the ever-changing world of learning and development. Cindy shares her experience of 15 years working in the virtual world and how technology and brain-based research is affecting our work as trainers.
Cindy makes the transition from F2F to Virtual Training much simpler and seamless. Thank you Cindy!
