I took some B12 during the hurricane because I was working so much, I could surely notice a difference. I have also been given some before that had a flavor to it, and it was absolutely horrible. This has a very good raspberry taste, and no horrible medicine aftertaste. You just take a dropper full and put it underneath your tongue, let it sit for about 30 seconds, and swallow it down. I noticed that I am not as tired in the morning, and I don't have a crazy crash. Certainly I don't crash like when you drink a energy drink. I have to say though, my favorite part is the taste. Very happy that I got a flavored one, and not just plain pills. The flavor makes all the difference in my opinion!
