This is a nice collagen but the taste is very unusual. I was expecting a fruity flavor but it just smells like the flavor, it taste like soap and water. I mix it in with my morning smoothie. The smell though is very over powering even if you mix it with any other liquid. I know it says mix with water, but seriously it's gross. It is also hard to mix, it does get clumpy but it will go away after a min or two of mixing or shaking in a shaker bottle. Don't recommend a shaker bottle becase it foams alot. But hey its up to you. Makes the taste ten times worse. But other then that its good.

I can't speak to the actual intended health/beauty benefits of the powder yet because I literally just tried it for the first time today. HOWEVER, before buying I saw countless negative reviews about difficulties getting it to dissolve in cold beverages, staying clumpy/chalky etc. so I came up with a hack to get around this.

I used my handheld PowerLix milk frother (<$12 on Amazon +5% right now) to mix it in and there was not a single grain of powder left after 10 seconds of using the frother. I used fridge cold water and had zero issues getting it to dissolve. There was a little foam up at the top but it dissipated within a few minutes. I compared mixing it with a spoon vs the frother (see photos 2-3 and the 1st video) and it was a night and day difference. The spoon honestly made it clump more.

So I usually use a different product (garden of life)but I wanted to try this one out because it is well known and had a little higher level of collagen then the one I take. So you need 2 scoops which means the product only last half the time as other products with same amount. When opening container smells really good however when you put it in the hot tea it didn’t dissolve as easy even though water was really hot and had a funky smell after mixing it. After finally getting it mixed I took a sip and was SO DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED😩🤮it was awful. I’m ok with it not being sweet but it just had a funky taste like the smell. And I put it in the same tea that I usually mix my collagen powder in and the same flavor of collagen to get an accurate comparison. I can’t even finish 1 cup. I have to go and rush order my other stuff because I can’t drink this it was a waste of money. I wish I knew somebody that drank it to give it to because I will not. Maybe it would be ok mixed in a smoothie or something but to drink in tea which I like to do in morning is a definite no can do.

I LOVE this stuff!! It works wonders on my skin, hair, and nails. People ask me all the time if I had fillers put in my cheeks and what other cosmetic treatments have I had. The answer is NONE. It's this product, but you must take it daily in order to get the best results.
