As a court coach, Miller has trained players at Penn State University Camps, Volleyball Express Camps at Juniata College, and the Youngstown State Team Camp, as well as Wooster High School in Ohio and Butler High School in Pennsylvania. He has also spoken as a clinician at a University of Pittsburgh clinic and made several presentations for the Pennsylvania Volleyball Coaches Association clinics. He also coached the girls' teams twice in the Keystone Games.
Miller currently volunteers with both boys' and girls' volleyball programs and works with a senior women's team that captured its division title at the 2004 Pennsylvania Keystone Games while training for the Senior Olympics held in the summer of 2005.
