When you're ready to buy restaurant grade cookware this is the stuff

This doesn't have a popular chefs name on it, but if you go into a restaurant you're not going to find that cookware in the kitchen. This is the stuff that the pros use and it's for a reason. It's heavy duty, and not only takes a beating but cleans up very well and easily. It is heavy weight equipment to transfer heat and actually help you in your cooking rather than hinder with hot spots.
