What I didn't like about the product: I didn't see that it really did anything to CURE existing diseases, like moss or mushrooms or even basic grass blades that got diseased due to improper cutting. Just didn't see it.
However, once I applied the F-Stop and let time pass with regular watering, proper cutting, fertilizer and insect treatments, I find less instances of fungi than before, and no new diseases are apparent in the lawn. So as a preventative, it seems to work very well, and I would recommend targeting its application around Spring and just before Winter. That should help in fighting off the common diseases that spring up due to lots of heat and lots of cold/snow.
