I still give the book 5 stars - overall well written and it made me want to dive back into some old favorite books and add others to my "to be read" list. Preferably with a snack, of course.
I haven't tried any of the recipes yet but I'm most excited about the Chicken Liver Mousse because if anyone knows how to make that dish, it'd be a butcher!
