I contemplated for a little while whether to buy this bathtub caddy or not because it was a little more than I was wanting to spend, but I wanted to be able to relax in my tub better so I bought it. I am so happy that I did. My bathtub is pretty wide, but this caddy is able to get across the widest part of it and could expand even further if needed. It's a really pretty and good quality bamboo. The little cut out for the phone was a clever touch, and the flip up piece that could support devices like iPads or books can also be flipped down to put larger items like my laptop on it. I'm so glad that I decided to bite the bullet and purchase this caddy.

Cheaply made already falling apart

I loved it. It worked great. I love to read in the tub. But, I have had it only 4 months and it has already started to fall apart. I had to get my brother to glue it back together and use his nail gun to put it back together. The ends that hold it on the tub edge came apart. My brother builds cabinets for a living and he said it was not glued good.

This is such a waste of money for me. It's so weak and not sturdy I wouldn't even wanna put a book on it much less my phone or a cup. Closing ad opening it is a struggle and the glue even came off that helped attached the side pieces together and this was all in the same day I received it.

Crumbled apart right out of box, and missing pieces

It crumbled apart right out of the. It, and it does not have the metal piece that holds the book open. Also it is missing the bamboo slat that would hold the bottom of the book in place. The wine holder wood was smashed down and cracked. Horrible.

I enjoyed this product for about 9 months, using infrequently, and then the staples which hold the extension arms in place rusted and the tray fell apart. According to the distributor's return policy, I am not longer able to return this item. I would suggest not buying this product because it won't last in a moist environment.

BEAUTIFUL when you first get it; THEN the water spots on the bamboo causing and discoloration and dryness, even tho' I oiled it w/ lemon oil-THEN it starts falling apart when it fell in the dry tub-very poorly made w/only staples. VERY functional, but not at all durable.

I was so exited when I received this caddy, just to be disappointed two weeks later. It is a very practical and good looking caddy, but, to my disappointment, it fell apart after two weeks. Maybe the one I received, was from a bad batch. Too bad, I really liked, but it didn't last. So for looks and porpuse, I would had given a Five Stars. For durability? No stars. I am sad. It was truly useful while it last.

I am here to change my review.
I was surprised to receive an e- mail from the seller asking me to place a picture of the broken item, and also to notify me that they were replacing the item.
I had not contact them to complain about the caddy, I had simply reviewed the item.
Anyway, second the item arrived, and now I know the other item had a minor flaw, because the second one seems more steady. Sometimes during production one or two items in a batch gets a defect.
Well, the new caddy looks great and I now this one will last.
Great customer service.
I am a happy customer.
Will post pictures later.

Broke with minimal use

Very nice looking but broke beyond use with very little use. The center of this sags a bit in the middle and created too much tension on the support. Sad to say, but don't buy this Caddy!
