About the Author
Debbie Potts is the owner, trainer, and coach of a unique personal training and group training boutique private fitness studio in downtown Bellevue, Washington. She has been in the fitness industry for twenty-five years and has continued to learn even more. Her Fitness Forward Studio offers amazing total body efficient workouts using a variety of tools (or toys!) including free weights, TRX, Rip Trainers, sandbags, kettle bells, medicine balls, slam balls, wall balls and more plus we Pilates mat, yoga, functional strength movements, and sport specific exercises into our workouts. Debbie’s specialties include personal, semi-private and group personal training, mobility training, functional strength training, TRX suspension training, STOTT Pilates, Yoga, Rehab training, Metabolic Testing, C.H.E.K Holistic Lifestyle coaching, and USAT Triathlon coaching. Her next certification is to become a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. She focuses on coaching clients with The WHOLESTIC Method while training clients on proper form, alignment and muscle recruitment. Debbie continues to educate her clients the skills how to listen, tune in and focus on their bodies during exercises for the best results -and to avoid injuries. Debbie believes in coaching clients to improve performance for life and sports with her The WHOLESTIC Method. Her coaching programs help clients focus not only on their exercise but also their nutrition, sleep, stress, digestion, hydration, movement, and happiness. Debbie has been a competitive athlete for most of her life. She has been a top age-group triathlete and runner as well as a fifteen times Ironman finisher, five times Ironman Hawaii World Championship qualifier, and multiple Boston Marathon qualifier. Debbie completed over twenty plus marathons and half marathons. She coaches clients individually on metabolic efficiency, running, trail running, cycling, and triathlon events. Debbie is married to her best friend, training partner, and soul mate, Neal. She is on a mission to inspire millions to take charge of their own health in a new WHOLESTIC Method approach to avoid the dead end road to living life as a race.
