I love this... Quiet and COLD..
actually... First time using... Getting used to it, its for drinks upstairs... Well.. I'm lazy.. So i turned the temperature setting all the way up.... And everything in my fridge froze solid... In about 5 hours... So yea... Don't do that... Unless you want a freezer! Its keeping my water and wine so very cold... At the *4* temp setting... Brrrr cold drinks... What could be better!! Cheers!

I just got my fridge and took it to my work today. It was my "getting back to the office during COVID" gift to myself. Understandably we have limitations to the number of people who can be in the kitchen so I got my own fridge for my office to limit contact with others (sad I know). Feel very grateful to have my own office thus my own fridge. I was most concerned about potential noise but it is very quiet and I am pleasantly surprised especially given i have sensitive ears. I contemplated getting the 2.4cu but settled for the 1.6. There is quite a bit of space between the deal and the top of my fridge. For $24 more it might be worth getting a bigger one but i am not intending to have a party in my office so its suits me needs fine...

This fridge works absolutely perfectly for my desk at work, which is fairly large, "L"-shaped and is inside of a cubicle. The fridge is relatively lightweight and as advertised has plenty of room for a 2-liter, several canned drinks, and some food for lunches. If you're one to eat out or order delivery to work all the time this thing will pay for itself within a month or two.

I was initially concerned about the power draw, and I've not found anyone with proper information in the reviews and Q&A. However I have confirmed this thing pulls about 1.1 amps, as rated by the sticker on the side (picture provided), and causes zero electrical problems in the circuit my cubicle is hooked up to. Hopefully this will help anyone else trying to make a decision if it will work for their environment or for planning something around its build.

I have this fridge for over 3 years now, so I have plenty of experiences with it. First, the goods. It cools really good at default settings. Keeps my drinks and food nice and cold. It is very reliable (going 3+ years and still working good). Space is decent (more on this below), and I love that there is a high spot for a tall water bottle on the handle.

Now, the bads. Don't be fool by the picture on the amount of available space. You can only use like half the width of the fridge; the other half in the back is occupied by the fridge's machinery. It is also VERY NOISY. I keep it in my bedroom, and it's driving me crazy when I sleep at night for the first few weeks. I get used to it now, but just a head up. Lastly, the freezer is crap. I put an ice cream that was frozen fine in the living room fridge, and it melted in this mini fridge.

Overall, it's a decent mini fridge if you can tolerate all the negatives. Hope they can improve these in the next version of the fridge.

I had to turn it up to 6 (default was 5) to make it feel cold enough to touch. It will make ice though, just know that the refrigerator did not include an ice cube tray. I found one at a second hand store. The freezer dimension is about 7'W x 3"H x 9"D. It's a little noisy when the compressor turns on and off. I have it in an Airbnb room and slept in the room to test out the noise level. I was still able to sleep OK with it's noise level.

I'm in love! This is such a great little refrigerator. Midea and Amazon are the best! My refrigerator broke Friday. It was a good thing I didn't have much in it at the time. Getting a new refrigerator nowadays is an ordeal, but I needed something to get me by in the mean time. This filled the bill. I purchased it Friday with two-day delivery and Amazon came through right on bull's eye. They got it to my home about an hour ago. Midea did a fantastic job of packing it. Right of the box and plugged, it was ready to go. I left it without putting anything in it for an hour even though it didn't seem to need that time to cool down. I put my perishable food in it and had plenty of room left over. It has adjustable shelves in it that can be set to the height you want. You can even put things on the door like a regular refrigerator. It was more spacious that I thought it would be. I was even able to put a small roast in the freezer compartment. I love it! It's compact and doesn't take up a lot of room and yet it is spacious enough for one person's needs. I can't thank Midea enough for a wonderful product and Amazon you came through for me again, many thanks.

The mini freezer top corner. It has no back. Door in the front. Enclosed all around. Tops bottom and sides. But the back is open to the fridge part??? Is this supposed to have no back?

Hello, I purchased this fridge about a week ago. Everything is great so far but I noticed the side of the fridge is extremely hot, almost to the point where it will burn you if you leave your hand on it for a few seconds. Is this normal? I know fridges usually get warm on the sides but this feels a bit too hot. Can someone please confirm what the range is for the heat to be considered normal or too hot? Please advise.

Also, everything is as advertised. It's a good fridge and keeps everything quite cool. Only thing I would mention is that it's not that quiet. You can easily hear it turn on and off.
