- Design is really good for getting into the muscles
- Small size allows for easy portability
- The notches work great!
- The bag is free and crappy (lol). It was way too hard to place the roller into the bag. Eventually it ripped on me idk when or how
Broke this baby in, finally. I was about to write this product off as bad, but luckily I realized that I needed to use it more. Initially, I felt as if the amount of notches on the roller was not enough - which I kind of still believe it should have more, maybe around the whole surface; however, the transition from the notches to the solid surface works well, in my opinion. I do think it would be much easier for me to use a longer roller for stability reasons while rolling. I do believe this is a great product. It's definitely worth a try. I plan on buying their lacrosse balls next - will attempt to review that as well.
