I love this product! The three different sizes of the bands make it easy to target different muscles types. The bands are pretty tight, and make for a good workout, but also stretch enough to not make it impossible. Good for exercising at home and easy to carry to the gym (they come in a little bag).

I do wish that the bands were labeled with Small, Medium and Large so that I knew the size right away when picking them up. The bands also have a strange smell to them, but that is a minor thing for me. The bands are thick and strong enough to create a good amount of resistance when doing exercises. My husband has also used them and enjoys the strong resistance they give.

These bands are great! They come in small, medium and large sizes and are color coded to help you tell the difference. The bands came with a free gift that you'll see in my 5th picture (the blue resistance band with handles). That was a nice surprise! I have been using these bands for a few days and I can't say enough good things about them. I switch these three bands depend on the workout I am doing. Really enjoy the workout with the bands. I like the awesome resistance that really burn my thigh. I saw someone said the bands is too tight to stretch. Hey, if u really want to build your body, these bands do really give u something to work up! The resistance of the bands is the reason why the bands work. I used a similar product few years ago but it was no longer available, I am actually glad it was not because I am very happy with this new bands. They are very sturdy, fantastic grip and also their resistance made my butt hurt during my first workout.
