1. Distilled water only (not even filtered or other bottled water so don't even think about tap water)
2. use of Drainage mat in order to avoid leakage (you need to purchase a "drainage mat" and you can only use it next to a sink for the excess water to flow out)
3. it needs space (it is quite bulky in my opinion)
I was hoping to have it ready to use upon receiving but I can't be bothered buying distilled water and drainage mat ! and honestly I have no space for it either. lastly, the plastic materials are quite thin (not sturdy as expected). I would like to return this.
It will not turn on. Contacted Wabi for support, will update to let you know what happens.
Bought this for my daughter's nebulizer cups, and its large capacity is perfect. Used it for bottles too and it works well. Easy to use and clean. Definitely recommended. Love that it has a dry and storage option for 12 hours so the cups aren't sitting there.
First one that they sent had a shattered bottom, like the mail carrier had dropped it. They should probably add some styrofoam to the packaging. They sent a new one extremely fast, even before I sent back the old one! Was wonderful.
After reading reading another review comparing the 2, we had the exact same issues with the Baby Brezza.
Unless you're drying just bottles and Nipples you end up just stacking items on top of each other and when you open the lid some always seem to end on the ground - which kind of negates the purpose of sterilizing. The Wabi has a tray that allows you to put a lot more in without the chance of falling out when opening the lid.
The lid on the Brezza is much larger and fully surrounds all the items in the sterilizer. This can make it difficult to put on if the sterilizer is full, having to easy it down while pushing bottles and pump parts in as you go. This also results in parts occasionally ending up on the floor. The Wabi doesn't have the problem as all the items sit in the main body of the unit and the lid just sits on top. I will note that the space from the lid to the tray is just too small for my wife's Spectra S1 pump flange. So they need to go into the main body. Not really a problem but just reduce the amount we can fit it.
We don't use the plate/silverware adapter as we just use the dishwasher for those.
I will note that the first time I used it one of the buttons got stuck down. after a fiddling with it a bit, it popped back up and it hasn't happened again.
It recommends distilled water which we didn't use in the Baby Brezza, but based on the Calc and limescale build up we probably should have.
Over all we are very happy with the purchase. I will update if anything changes.
We were able to fit Dr browns bottles, comotomo bottles, and various pacifiers and spoons in it.
The machines die about every 4 to 6 months. The warranty info from the company says that basically if it dies it's your fault. So be prepared to pay to replace them constantly. We are on our third.

I am a working mom who uses dr brown bottles and still breastfeed. After one day, I have 4-6 baby bottles and 6 pumping bottles. (Which means I have about 50 parts to wash daily) and I need them again the next day. Instead of sanitize them and wait for them to dry, I just put them in here and do other stuff like cooking, laundry, having dinner etc. I have to run 2-3 times but it's so worth it. If you're on the verge, give it a try.
