Performance and portability make the PF 30 an attractive choice for painting contractors, maintenance departments, and property managers. The PF 30 features a rugged cart for big job mobility a with removable handle for convenient transport and storage. The 5/8 HP Motor is a durable double stroke airless piston pump that provides longer life, shoots .30 gallons per minute at 3000 PSI. It will support up to a maximum spray tip size of .018. The PF 30 includes a 516 self cleaning reversible spray tip and a durable metal four finger commercial grade airless spray gun with a full size in line filter. 25-foot of airless high pressure spray hose, a telescoping cart handle and heavy duty cart and wheels keep you mobile around the job site. The PF 30 can be used with either 1 or 5 gallon paint containers that attach with an included paint bucket clip. Sprays unthinned latex and oil-based paints, stains, and sealers.

Awesome Paint Sprayer

My wife and I needed to paint the exterior of our Stucco home. We used Exterior Latex paint (Ca does not allow oil based). The paint sprayer was outstanding. It never clogged and ran flawlessly. Coverage area was approximately 2400 sq feet. It only took me a day and a half to get it painted. I am not a professional painter but as a homeowner on a budget this product was well worth the purchase and if you can get it on sale even better. Setup and clean up were simple but being that I am not a professional painter the 1st time took a little longer deciphering directions and understanding what I needed to do but now that I know how to do it setup and clean up really should only take five minutes at most for each. The product does include garden hose attachments and separator oil for cleanup. The home depot and lowes comparable sprayers are selling for 399.00 (add tax).

Tired of renting air less sprayers with pluged tips and never adequately cleaned, AND also always having to schedule your time on a project based on rental return hours, so I purchased this sprayer as a financial compromise on the price of more powerful models without being too cheap about it. The sprayer permormed well and although not the capacity of larger horsepower sprayers this one did the job without a hitch. I sprayed 21 sheets of fir plywood with oil based stain and while spraying pretty much non-stop and this model kept up easily. I coulndn't have sprayed any faster and a bigger machine wasn't really needed for this particular job nor would a larger horsepower unit helped to go any faster. I look forward to using this sprayer to paint the entire house. Cleaning was rather simple and not consumning like some people might say, it's never fun but worthwhile to have the sprayer work the next time you need it. My only gripe would be I should have purchased a larger horsepower unit for a longer length of spray hose, otherwise you really can't go wrong with this model.

I'm a novice with a paint sprayer, but think this is a good sprayer for the money. Easy to assemble and works like a charm. It shipped relatively quickly with the free shipping option. It took a little practice to get the hang of it, but after that, no problem. Set up and clean up take more time than painting. Make sure you have a good respirator. :o)

Did its job and did it well. Painted the outside of my house with it. I suggest buying a tip extention to help you out and save your back like i did. I spent 1 weekend taping off the house and presure cleaning it. The next weekend was able to prime and put 3 coats on. Takes a long time to clean but if you want it to work more then once you will take that time. there maybe better units out there but for a home owner this works great. I paid 311$ for this on here about 2 months ago.

Needs very large generator

I bought at the end of May to paint a fence. I prepared the fence in June to paint in July. While preparing to paint, I noticed the sprayer requires a 8,000 watt generator. I have a 5,000 watt and didn't want to buy another. I then contacted Amazon to return but it was too late. I could return for 85% of the original price plus pay a restocking fee and shipping. I'm writing to help prevent others from making the same mistakes I did.

I needed to re stain a fence so after much searching and reviews found this on Amazon on sale. I believe it to be an excellent value for the money and will be very helpful on other paint projects. I had no problems with it and found I saved more stain when using this versus a brush or pump up sprayer. As mentioned by others it does move an incredible amount of paint / stain and cleaning for the first time took longer than staining both sides of the fence. It made short work of the project and I look forward to using it on new project. I did purchase a 50 foot hose and some extra tips and filters to have on hand just in case. The 50 foot hose was the best addition, it was nice to have an extra 25 feet of hose. Again no problems with the system, worked great out of the box and functioned exactly as advertised. I am not a contractor and will be using this for my own projects, not large ongoing projects so it may not be for a pro painter but worked great for my projects. I hope this helps anyone looking at this sprayer.

I've got about 20 hours runtime on my PF-30 now and I really cannot say enough good about the unit.

Its performed flawlessly, is easy to clean and never grumbles at me when I run it hard.

I am currently half way through a project staining about 1000 linear feet of six foot fence and my, oh my, I cannot imagine doing this by hand.

Clean the unit well after use, oil as directed, and this unit will become your best mechanical friend. ;-)
