About the Author

New York Times and USA Today Bestseller/contemporary romance writer Samantha Chase released her debut novel, Jordan's Return, in November 2011. Although she waited until she was in her 40's to publish for the first time, writing has been a lifelong passion. Her motivation to take that step was her students: teaching creative writing to elementary age students all the way up through high school and encouraging those students to follow their writing dreams gave Samantha the confidence to take that step as well.
When she's not working on a new story, she spends her time reading contemporary romances, playing way too many games of Scrabble or Solitaire on Facebook and spending time with her husband of 25 years and their two sons in North Carolina.

Wait for Me
*******************
I was recently introduced to the Montgomery Brothers novels written by Samantha Chase....and I have fallen in love with each of the brothers in turn! Wait for Me (the first novel in the series) features Lucas, a gorgeous ex-football player who has shut himself away to feel sorry for himself. Enter Emma! With a bit of meddling by her boss (who happens to be the Dad of these yummy Montgomery Brothers) and a nicely place snowstorm by Mother Nature, Emma is stranded for the weekend with Lucas. I probably don't need to tell you about the sparks that fly! The story of Lucas and Emma is an easy read that will keep you entertained and wanting to read the next book in the series!

Trust in Me
************************
The second Montgomery Brother we meet is Jason in Trust in Me. Jason is a bit intense, a bit of a workaholic, and in desperate need of some fun. Enter Maggie! Once again, with a bit of meddling from her boss (you guessed it....Dad) and a whirlwind trip away from the daily grind...fun is found and enjoyed...sparks fly in this novel as well! The story of Jason and Maggie is also an easy read. You will fall in love with them and as I've said before, you will want to continue reading the series!

Wonderful Books.
Wait for Me-Book 1 in The Montgomery Brothers
Lucas Montgomery is relaxing and taking it easy in his cabin. That's until something catches his attention outside. The last person he thinks to see is Emma Taylor. Why is she up by his cabin?
When he learns he doesn't understand.
Emma Taylor knows what she was asked by her boss who is Lucas's father.
There's no way around it. They're stuck together until the roads are cleared.

Trust in Me-
Jason Montgomery is over taken by work. He is so crazier with a big trip looming and the need for a new assistant. The only thing is he needs one that's married. Nothing else will do. When Maggie is brought into his office he isn't quite sold on her being that assistant for him. Yes she's married. They start to go over things, and all goes well. So he gives it a shot. He feels something isn't right. She might be hiding something. Not sure what yet.

Something happens between them. They can't act on it.

Both wonderful books. Highly suggest
Wonderful series and wonderful author.

This duo had me drawn in, and falling in love with the Montgomery family. It drew me in, had me laughing, crying, and wanting more of this family's story! I definitely recommend one clicking this!!!

Wait for me

A fantastic start to this series!!

I love broody, stubborn heroes, and I think Lucas has that role nailed down. He's still coming to terms with his career ending injury, but not doing a very good job coping. I love that Emma had no issues calling him on his BS. She is such a strong heroine, who has a sweet side, but definitely doesn't mind putting people in their places. I was drawn in from the beginning, and couldn't put this book down. I can't wait to read more on the Montgomery family.

Trust In Me

Loved this read!!!

Maggie isn't the typical heroine, with her laid back attitude and preference to hockey games over romantic dinners. My heart broke for her and the circumstances in her past. Jason just might be my favorite BBF from Samantha Chase so far. He's sexy and fun, but a bit clueless when it comes to handling Maggie. I loved the little twists that Maggie insisted on when she was hired to work at Montgomery's, and it was awesome to see it drive Jason a little crazy throughout the book. It's the perfect addition to the Montgomery family series :)

This is a bundle of Book 1 & 2 of the Mongomery series. We are introduced to Lucas & Jason, two of the brothers. Wait For Me is book 1 and is Lucas & Emma's story. They had been fighting an attraction for some time. Lucas has been hiding away & his father sent his assistant, Emma to drag him back home. They ended up being trapped together in a snow storm and ended up acting on the attraction. When they are back home will they be able to stay together?

Book 2 is Jason & Maggie's story. Jason is happy that his assistant Maggie is married. That way they can concentrate on business and not have any funny stuff happen. He just didn't count on the fact that he would be attracted to her and have to fight it so hard. When Jason finds out that Maggie is pretending to be married to stop anyone from hitting on her, all bets are off. Will they give in to their attraction? Will anything come of it?

Both stories are cute romance HEA's. The characters all are trying to fight the attraction and not get in too deep. None of them are ready for love. The plots are realistic and easy to follow but keep you interested in them until the end. In both cases, the characters have to learn to go outside themselves and trust the others. Good books!

~WAIT FOR ME~

My Thoughts:

A snowed in love story? Gimme gimme gimme! I started reading this one and fell for the premise instantly, then fell for Emma and Lucas. The two of them have an attraction that has been there for awhile. Since Lucas has been hiding himself away from the world, his father decides to send Emma his way in an attempt to bring him back to normal civilization. His plan gets them together during a blizzard that ends up being much worse than originally anticipated. Emma and Lucas are stuck together for a long time, and their desires begin to take over. Once things are back to normal post-snowstorm, someone is going to have to speak up before they lose each other forever.

Wait for Me is one of the sweetest little love stories. Two people being snowed in together while fighting their feelings makes for one of my absolute favorite cozy reads. Emma and Lucas are both stubborn, but they care. It takes some time for them to learn how to meet halfway, to really get to know each other and understand, but they're willing to try. Definitely a great book to start The Montgomery Brothers series by Samantha Chase!

My Rating: Very Good

~TRUST IN ME~

My Thoughts:

When I discovered the premise behind this one, I was already sitting at the edge of my seat. It's one of those stories where in your head you're just fighting the urge to freak out over the chemistry between the two main characters because of the whole "pretending to be married" thing. Maggie's background as to why she chose to fake being married makes you empathize majorly. Jason is glad to have Maggie as an assistant since she's already married. That way they can both focus on the job.
